Air condition smells mouldy
The room where we stayed (at level 3) has a mouldy smell. After looking around, we suspect that the air condition in the ceiling is putting out the mouldy smell. No matter which mode (there are 5) we put the air condition in, the smell is there. I would not recommend spending too much time in the room. Did not try to open the windows because there is a pub on the ground floor playing loud music and Karaoke but they stop when close to midnight.

Loved this little hotel
For a long weekend stay in Singapore this hotel was perfect.Situated in the middle of China town, my room was very small, but well laid out and worked really well.It was extremely clean and comfortable.Staff were helpful and there is a lot of tourist information available at reception.

local experience
As a traveller, we know different type of accommodation to look for but never expect no lift service whereby we got to bring our luggages all the way to 3rd floor. even to ask the receiption to help us carry also being reject as it too high for him.
