Poor TV
Room and service pleasant, as usual - but why no local news service on the television? Lots of American cop shows, sport and local soap opera, but no news - not even from Singapore, let alone the outside world.

Should have a Hair Dryer.
With this price, The hotel should include a hair dryer because it's not cheaper than a Motel.

Location Near MRT and Food
Location is easy within 2-3 min. walk from Chainatown MRT Station Exit A (Pagoda Stree). So much food around and price is good. I requested two single beds for my colleague and it's arranged nicely. There are necessary toiletry in the bathroom, towels, coffee, tea, teapot and refrigerator. No bottle of water but there's water in the pitcher in the fridge.

Consistently good, but what about TV?
I've stayed here before. It's comfortable and convenient for me, and the front desk staff are polite and helpful. But... what's happened to the TV service? Not a single news channel available now - not even a local one like Channel News Asia. Three or four sport channels, lots of soap opera and US dramas, but hard to find out anything about what's happening in the world if you stay here for a few days.

Near to Chinatown MRT Station, Clean Small Room
The location is very great, near to Chinatown MRT Station. Many food around the hotel, cheap one is the hawker center inside the Chinatown complex. It's a bit overprice compare to the facilities of the hotel. Room is small but clean. Check-in time was strict and the staff was unfriendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back again!

Clean and nice bed
3 people in a room. Clean and tidy. Although there are no windows (noted before booking) but it is still alright. Staff at reception are nice and helpful as one of us arrived alone next day after check in and the staff help solving the problem perfectly. Only one thing have to remind is that the room does not have table of any size or chairs, which can be a problem if you really need them. Overall experience is quite good.

Good location
Location is super great. Food aplenty around Chinatown. There a dessert shop few shops from hotel which is a must try. No lift in the hotel so be prepare to carry own bag to room. The room is small which is a standard size for most hotel in Singapore but most importantly is clean and comfortable.
