Very spacious room with a full-sized refrigerator. They tidy up and replace our towels everyday. They have a convenience store, laundry, and massage chairs at the lobby. However, no basic in room amenities like coffee, toothbrush, and disposable slippers. Also have to go down the lobby for the microwave

This hotel was awesome. My family love the location which is in the middle of the town, good parking space and the view. The room was clean. We have 2 bathrooms in the room. Is very close of everything you need to go in Seogwipo.

Great place to stay for families exploring Jeju”
Our family enjoyed our 7 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a family suite with a gorgeous ocean view. There are many hotels such as KAL, Lotte, and Marriott we had explored but could not find a room that would accommodate my two very tall sons plus me and my husband in one room. There were a total of three queen beds (one in a semi-private bedroom) a wide sofa and even a long table with bench that can be maneuvered for eating and or working. There is also a separate vanity (separate from the sink area) that can possibly used as a work surface. We really liked that there were two bathrooms. There are certain elements of this hotel that remind me of a much more expensive hotel (shower room with very large bathtub, separated from the toilet); however you cannot expect for the price (super value) all amenities such as full room service, pool, valet parking, and bell boy. The parking attendant was very helpful, there were markets and restaurants, cafes, and even galleries within walking distance (tip: download Naver maps app don’t trust Google maps). The hotel breakfast was affordable and we ate there every other day. Tip: many of the cafes open later than the US but Udong Coffee within walking distance opens early. Also the CU minimart down the street has microwaveable egg McMuffin style bf sandwiches and hot sweet potatoes if you are her lagged and can’t find a place to eat super early. The CU Mart in the building was self service and we could not access buying when there was no one manning the store. I got a gel pedicure at the nail shop in the building. The lounge in the r lobby. If I had designed the lobby I probably would not had put the self service washer dryer smack in front of everything but it certainly helps with no one taking your clothes. We will return to whenever we need to stay in Seogwipo again!

Convenient Location to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market with Nice Sea View”
Booked a room with the sea view and I loved coming home to it! Great view, and the location is pretty good, you're about 5-10 minutes away from the market. Laundry devices are at the lobby - dryer and washer - so you can settle your laundry before you head elsewhere! There is also a CU that operates 24/7 so this hotel is perfect, you have everything you need! Might want to stay closer to the airport if you have a morning flight though!

Location was good, because of COVID 19, we had to do self check in, which was ok with us bus it would been nicer if receptionist was helping us. Bathroom was big and clean but a bit smelly. Overall, it was good hotel to stay.

A great base for Seogwipo and Jungmun attractions - olle 6 & 8, food, market, Seonimgyo. Ample free parking. Would be great if bath size towels and cups were provided. There are laundry facilities on ground floor with a waiting "lounge" with many massage chairs. Also shared microwave and convenience store on site. Less than 10 min walk to Seogwipo market.

A little disappointed ”
the room I was assigned when I was arrived since I had been previously used. the bathroom floor was wet and the toilet paper was in folded properly which is normally done once housekeeping has properly clean their room. I was been moved to a different room with 2 beds and not one. I was told the following day somebody would remove the 2nd bed. later I noticed that there was here in the shower that did not belong to me and that there was a huge spider upon leaving the hotel the next morning I asked that the spider be killed and remove from the bathroom and that it be properly clean when I returned to the hotel later in the evening the spider was still in my bathroom. from the outside the hotel is immaculate and I will say upon entry to my first room. The room did indeed look beautiful but you can tell that they often are moving in and out Furniture because the walls are Nick and the hotel as a whole is a little bit outdated. what I will say is the front desk staff were completely Pleasant and spoke English which made communicating about the things that I needed changed better however I would have really appreciated some form of an upgrade since there were so many issues.

I've been in this hotel for two days. The room is very spacious and relatively clean. It is rather a residence style than a standard hotel room. There are no utilities such as gym and bar. If you need just a large room with a table for office work during your stay, I recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious with large living area and kitchenette. However the usual hotel provisions of cups and coffee were unavailable. The hotel carpark was managed by helpful staff who tries their best to help with your parking matters.
