A Week at The Jade”
We stayed at Jade Hotel for 1 week in London. Good location - five minute walk to Earl's Court tube station with access to both District & Picadilly lines. Also a five minute walk (the other direction) to a full-sized Sainsbury. The hotel is located in an ethnically diverse neighborhood. There were many ethnic groceries &restaurants, Starbucks, Costa, McDonalds, BurgerKing, Pret A Manger, Nandos. We had a double with a mini kitchenette & it couldn't have been any smaller. Literally. There was just enough room to walk around the double bed. Flat screen TV on the wall. Space under the bed to store suitcases. No drawers. A small closet. One shelf by just one side of bed. Good lighting on either side of bed. A small shelf attached at desk height with drawer &chair. "Kitchenette" included a small &smaller-than-mini refrigerator. No freezer. We were able to keep a pint of milk, a hunk of cheese, a couple of oranges & a soda. The bar sink was small too. Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses & silverware for 2. No kitchen towel or soap. This was all enclosed in the other half of the clothes closet. When I walked into the room, I thought we'd been given the wrong room, because I didn't see a microwave or fridge. A nice shower & lots of hot water & good water pressure. The shower head was a rain head from the ceiling & there was also a removable spray bar. There's a shelf behind the toilet which had room for toiletries. Large bath sheets & hand towels but bring your own face cloth. There was a towel warmer but the fuse was blown & we didn't report it. Sheets were changed every 3rd day & towels daily. There is an elevator, however steps are required to access the hotel itself. The front staff were ALL very pleasant. We didn't have any needs, so don't know if they would have been accommodating. I imagine so. Most important things to me was that it was clean, bed & bedding was comfortable, good shower & reliable WiFi. All in all, I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Great value for money”
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and as always this hotel didn't fail me, stayed in a different hotel on saturday as there is no room available in jade and its just not the same as Jade. Both of them is in the same location but Jade's facility is far better than the other one. Will definitely stay in Jade hotel whenever I am in london for work, still worth the money even I checked in so late as I finish work at 8pm. The comfort and good sleep you get in this hotel is worth every penny.

extremely good value for money”
I had stayed at 2 other hotels in London on the same trip but I would give full marks to The Jade Hotel. This area of London is Chic . There were plenty of restaurants with huge variety of food. Italian , Arabic , Indian , halal KFC . The staff is very nice and helpful.very nice and modern room and bathroom interior. Earls court tube and Hop and hop off on Gloucester road were very close.

Nice Hotel close in the heart of South Kensington ”
The Jade Hotel is definitely worth a great recommendation. Very clean, calm and well equipped ( my room had sort of small kitchen with a sink and microwave and kettle and fridge - I loved that - I could Prepare myself a tea or coffee or sth small to eat - it felt like home ). The hotel is placed very close to the Earl's Court tube station, with nice restaurants and shops and important places for visitors .. It's really a perfect place for a nice stay in London.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, in a good location”
We went on a vacation and stayed at The Jade Hotel for a week. There's an underground station very nearby, besides a bus station. A near shopping center with restaurants and supermarkets was very beneficial. We found a very valuable group of people working at the hotel: especially, the ones at the reception (Muhammad, Mirabella and Jennina, who worked hard to answer any question we had). The rooms were tidy all week long and the cleaning lady made sure we get everything we need. A major downside of the hotel is the fact no-one can open any window in the rooms, so there's no circulation of clean air, and one stays depended on the air conditioning. See you next time, Adriana and Gideon (from Israel)

Small but perfectly formed”
The Jade is a really cute little hotel. The room itself was very small (not suitable for larger customers) but everything was immaculate and wonderfully well presented. The bed was comfortable and the little hidden kitchen within the wardrobe was a delight. I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a night, as the room really is rather small, but perfect for a place to crash after an evening out.

quiet hotel”
A warm welcome on arrival and friendly good morning / evening from the staff set a good first experience. Although the room was small The Jade Hotel was very clean and in a good state of repair. The maids where invisible, never saw them but the room was cleaned spotlessly by our return with fresh linen and tea facilities topped up. After the tube stopped, around midnight, it was very quiet with virtually no noise from other guests. The tube affects all the hotels round and about. Location was excellent being a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. All our journeys where mainly in Zone1 so travel to and around the city was not expensive. All in all I would say a 5 but for the room size just a 4 :-)

Jade Experience”
We loved it and would stay there again if in London. The staff was helpful, pleasant, gave you privacy when needed, helped us with emails that had to be printed, and were discreet. The hotel has beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The rooms were small but all that was needed was there and everything was exceptionally clean. At night the green lights above the hotel door were like a beacon welcoming you home.

will surely go back”
We really enjoyed our stay. We were in London for a couple of days and wanted to be close to city center. Rooms are tiny but we just needed a clean place to sleep and to have a shower being out from morning till night. Will surely go back to The Jade Hotel next time i go to London!

Really helpful staff”
The hotel is located near to Earl's Court so it's great for getting around. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities are reasonably basic (no food on site) but the there are plenty of places near by to eat and drink. There was air conditioning and the room was very clean. There was noise from the room above, but that's not the hotel's fault and overall I think for the price paid in London it was good value. I would stay here again.

Small rooms”
We stayed at Jade Hotel for 3 nights. 3 adults & 2 kids aged 6 & 5 yrs old. We had 2 rooms booked but on arrival at hotel the manager {I presume} allowed us another room for the kids. So we paid for 2 rooms but got 3 rooms. The extra room contained bunk beds. It was a blessing in disguise because having travelled from Australia as a family we had 5 large suitcases & on seeing the size of the rooms we really needed another room. The hotel is clean & very well located & the staff were excellent during our stay but as a warning, the rooms are suitable for weekend travellers who travel light & not overseas travellers with large suitcases but a couple without children could slip their suitcases under the double bed. Very well run hotel & great value for money & location but rooms are tiny. The staff are excellent, friendly & very helpful.

Clean and great location ”
Well run hotel, clean and fantastic staff (Ramsay). However tiny single room but that's too be expected in London. New pillows and sheets that fit the single bed properly would have been a nice touch. Complimentary coffee and crossiant in the morning was helpful.

Convenient and comfortable stay”
Location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the tube and easy to find. Staff were lovely and friendly on arrival and remained so for the duration of my stay. Room was better than anticipated, lovely comfy bed, rain shower, biscuits, hot chocolate and cappuccino sachets aswell as just tea and coffee in the room. For the price, the hotel overall is better than expected.

A very good hotel for a decent price. ”
The hotel was pretty nice. The room is clean and the location is ideal for any kind of travellers. There are several restaurants down the street as well as Earl's Court tube station 5 minute-walk from the hotel. This is the ideal hotel for anyone looking for a decent hotel at an affordable price.

Two nights stay.”
We had basement rooms, which were smaller when compared to American hotels, however the room was adequate. We had a challenge with the water being to hot in the shower. It was a matter of one of the staff educating us how to adjust the water temperature. Also our refrigerator was not working and they replaced it right away after we notified the front desk. The price was reasonable. We would stay ahain.

Great friendly staff, great location, great value.”
Was in London for a gig at the Royal Albert Hall. Staying solo as my friend was unable to attend. Felt safe even though on ground floor. Room very clean and fresh with great tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and even a microwave. Nice finishing touches like water and cookies.

Good location”
Easy trip to the hotel from Heathrow and into central London. Very handy having a small fridge and microwave in the hotel. There is a Sainsbury's and Waitrose nearby. The room was fairly clean and quiet even though I was near reception. The only noise was from the heating system that every once in a while makes a loud noise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

cute and cosy ”
my stay was great. the staff were always available to help. my room was small but very cosy. I was out all day so to come back to a comfortable bed it didn't matter how small the room was. Restaurants, shop and the train station are only a 2 minute walk which was fantastic when I got off the train with my luggage and was perfect to just jump on the train to get you all around London

Small but comfortable hotel”
The room was small & shower room is so cramped. Bed is comfortable & there was no safe box for available. Noise from nearby tube can be heard throughout the day till night. Please do not expect much from this hotel. Location is excellent which is less than 5 mins walk along Hogarth Rd to Earl's Court Station. Overall, this hotel is better than most hotels around London that I have compared.
