The location is in the middle of household complex. Value for money but THERE IS NO MINERAL WATER FOR FREE whereas another acomodation set them for free. You should but at reception if you want to drink mineral water.

Not the stay we're hoping for..”
Booked superior room, got upgraded to a pool side villa with unclean bathroom. Requested to clean. But the roof water came flooded in a day or two, low lights. food was good and staff was friendly and helpful that was the only thing that made us stay. Insect infested room so left it before we checked out.

I just loved this place! I didn't want to leave. I got myself a good deal on a villa. I had no idea it would be so spacious until I arrived. This villa is not brand new nor modern in design. But it is well maintained and it feels like Bali, which is what I found very appealing. It is clean, light and spacious. There was something about the whole place that I loved. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome. Also what I loved about the whole experience is that all the other people who stayed at the villas were friendly, quiet and respectful. Just what I wanted for my stay in Sanur! I found it easy to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. I would definitely stay again. I'd like to put a shoutout to Katut (the groundsman) who was super friendly and welcoming. He introduced himself upon my arrival and each day following he greeted me by (my) name. That's impressive!

A lovely hotel, There are many rooms to choice from, 2 pools, The main one is beautiful surrounded by garden..and statues. Then there a smaller one the other side of the hotel,, The breakfast is nice... and there is choices, The staff are smiling and friendly. The room I had is the deluxe, The bathroom was great with very good shower pressure,It has a balcony or porch with huge fridge and a seat and table... overlooking the small pool or the gardens. This is one of the main one I stay in when in Sanur , usually twice a trip.

Fantastic Property”
We spent 3 weeks here in April , we were given a free upgrade on arrival the room was spacious and clean, but what makes this property is the fantastic pool that spans the length of the site where villas are located, 15 mins walk to main shops , small warung (dead fish) nearby serving excellent food at very cheap prices. Staff all very helpful, free breakfast nice choice of fruits and also recommend nasi goreng, would definately stay here again

Wonderful place to stay if you want some quiet time”
Everything was awesome! Nice big pools, rooms equipped with kitchen for your cooking if you get bored of eating out. Nice bed and bathroom. There’s a local night market nearby if you want to try something different. However, being located in Sanur, there won’t be much nightlife around except for a few live band bars and sports bars on the next street. Area is mostly for families and senior travellers it seemed. However, if you want some quiet time, this place will be perfect.

The staff are friendly, A quite hotel on the back streets of Sanur, with 2 pools, 1 small and 1 large beautiful pool..The rooms are nice,,, large bathroom. Ok shower.. clean sheets, Big fridge,, Not much to is supplied to cook with for your kitchenette.. i would stay here again

We were staying in deluxe room with pool view. Very good- big room, clean, huge bed, tv, wardrobe, and nice clean private bathroom. Outside kitchen and dinning area , fridgr, kettle etc. Just two steps to very big- fantastic pool, which you can use 24h. Good breakfest to be choosen from 3 options, and local Restaurant also open till 21:00. You can eat there lunch or dinner in quite cheap price. Good location also in terms of going to the beach. There are 2 pools one with very safe area for small children. Recommend!!

This hotel was great and much better than expected for the cheap price. The location is perfect if you are comfortable renting a motorbike because it is isolated enough to be quiet and just a 5 min ride to the beach and many restaurants.
