Though nice and spacious rooms but the quality of service and food available is far below you would expect from hotel of this class. Lack of swimming pool and gym is another negative, which makes it an average experience.

Convenient location, Large Parking space, Reasonable price of food items.
Very average. Reluctant to accept PAN Card as photo ID. Narrow uncomfortable beds. Slow service. Dangerous passage on way between elevators and rooms. A large wooden plank lying on the passage (1st Floor). Not very clean environment. Overcrowded coffee shop - not much space for movement.

Room old, marks & holes on sheets, toilets bad”

the room was old, sheets were with holes and marks, toilets no proper drainage and also hot water was very little, rooms were not sound proof, aircon controls not working but was cold lift were also old the breakfast was very min variety and almost same every day laundry is outsourced and feel that hotel should take more responsibility on getting the guests their laundry back on time upon check out had a problem with laundry bill not available and was asked to pay much more than the usual amt which i refused and made payment according to the no of pcs i had given for laundry this hotel needs serious uplifting and all new fittings as being in prime location but condition is not good hope not to stay there again
