Only suitable solo travellers who are not driving any cars
Ok to keep it simple What's good about it is: 1) cheap and nearby city center, 2) quiet in my case, decently clean. 3) Staff are very polite, but unhelpful because they didnt unclog the clogged drainage. What's bad? 1) Wallpaper tore off everywhere. 2) The bathroom design is simply bad and the drainage is clogged. No action despite i made a request to unclog. Have to unclog myself using a toothbrush which i got from another hotel that my friend stay. RIGHT. No Toothbrush and basic stuff. Very basic. Conclusion: Work on your room quality and drainage please.

Small hiccup in room allocation
Had booked 3 single rooms, but was given one single and one twin room due to a hiccup in their room allocation. Manager was extremely rude, not prepared to sympathise or compensate. Felt bad for the staff because they were helpless, even though they were understanding of the situation.

firstly, the credit card machine was not functioning during check in. eventually when we checked in, the room lock was spoiled and whole corridor is totally dark (no lighting at all), so we changed another room. in the room, only one towel provided (I book with 2 adults) and all the wallpaper is tearing off. big differences from what we saw from picture.

Name of hotel was changed. Had to make a few rounds because the signage and name has changed. Room had a some smoke smell. Staff were helpful, location wasn't too bad too. Parking is quite limited as well.

Bad stay!! The room was dirty and smelly
Bad stay!! The room was dirty and smelly, no hot water, the bedsheet was dirty and makes my skin sensitive and itchy. Can’t sleep well. But the staff( a young Indian guy) at front desk is friendly and helpful.

Acceptable
It was my first time stay in this hotel and stayed for 3days and 2 nights. When i checked out on the 19th October, 2017 i left a purse under the bed which i kept for safety reasons. Inside was cash of rm2,000 and some medication. For some reasons i forgot to take my purse before i left and when i reported to the management they told me that after interviewing their staff there was nothing found under the bed. Whatever it is this is an issue of staff honesty and safety when staying in this kind of hotel. So definitely in will not recommend this place.
