May very well be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's pricey, but if you can book on a discount and visit the spa you'll be hard pressed to find a more pleasant stay

Great service overall. Warm staff, always ready to assist. Best part is, it’s a full service luxury hotel; Spa, Fine Dinning, Bar/lounge all within the property and you can have in-room dinning. I enjoyed my stay, will be back.

Good but not for the money ”
We paid a lot of money but the service wasn’t so up to par. I call in my car to be valeted way before I go down and it’s still not ready by the time I go. The breakfast in bed experience wasn’t all the great. The pool employees are very rude and judgmental. Although the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing I think I’d skip on reserving again.

For our first trip there we enjoyed the Joule. One thing I do think is that they were over priced for what we expected, but we look at every trip as an adventure and enjoyed the property. The staff was amazing and so friendly at every point. Everything was clean and shiny. The food at the Sasetta was over the top and I would eat there again if we were back in town. Really the only thing that was not great is the CBD breakfast the next morning, very slow service and people walking out from no service. The food was good but just slow and that was with 10 tables empty. Overall I probably will skip because like I said price does not match what you expect.

Terrible hotel”
Wow, what a terrible experience. We were assigned an ADA room. The mirrors were lower, the clothing pole was low so no place to hang dresses, shower leaked onto bath floor and no drain, hit my head on the low towel hook, no coffee in the room so we went to the coffee shop in the hotel and it was terrible. We were double charged on our credit card for an extra night and were charged for 4 nights of parking and only stayed there 2 nights. Staff at the front desk said they were unable to make adjustments and we would have to call when we got home. We will not be returning.
