Wonderful staying at Kasih, nice location, staff work very well, they tidy up fast and have prest control almost every day. However, we found there is a mouse family sharing our room too.... Nicer than expect!!

Superb Villa”
We had a very pleasant stay. Villa is well maintained and tidy. All rooms is cozy and clean. Breakfast served is nice as well. There is a variety of local, asian and western cuisine to choose from. Staff is simply friendly and accommodating and they deserved some tips from us. Location isn't as bad and the hotel do provide free shuttle service to the beach and nearby restaurant. Convenient shop is just 1 min walk away. Would definitely recommend and come back to this villa.

Memorable & Pleasant Stay. ”
I had a very pleasant stay with my partner at Kasih Villa. They had full-fill my request upon my arrival. we stayed at 2 bedrooms villa. About the room was Spacious, comfort, staffs very attentive & friendly. The cleanliness of the villa was surprisingly clean, especially the living hall, dining area & kitchen was open air i thought the floor will be dusty or some insects but it is very clean. Just little mosquito in our villa may be we were close to the lobby(but quiet & peaceful) & not beside the lake. Mosquito coil burner & Mosquito repellent well prepared in our drawer. Just some suggestions to the management. Towel & dining chair got permanent stains, kindly replace the new one to attract more customers & to maintain your villa's awareness. Overall, we satisfied with our stayed & will come back again.

Too many mosquitos...”
Staff and environmental design were great generally. Exception being the severe mosquito issue. We were told by staffs that the reason why there are so many mosquitos was that the villa is next to the river. My poor infant daughter of one and a half year old had more than 30 over mosquito bites all over her body, mostly her face because we could not cover her face up. She has been enduring the itches even after we return. It hurts us parents a lot to see her in such discomfort, which at times left her bleeding from her wounds after her uncontrollable scratching. It was hard for us to sleep with her incessant itch. Most of the mosquito bites came at night when we slept. The nettings around the bed did not help. The fumigation around the compound that happened on one of the days we stayed also did not helped. Aside,the towels really need to be changed as there were permanent stains in almost every towel. The nice scent post wash could not compensate for the unsightly stains.
