If you're taking a plane the next day, this is a good spot - included breakfast is decent, though mostly Asian. No other food options for dinner - a few nearby eateries and Go/GrabFood is available. We unfortunately had to stay two nights as our flight got sold out while booking the hotel room. Talk about bad luck! Nothing to do in the area. Don't stay for longer.

Best hospitality by the hotel management. Highly recommended and 15 minutes journey to airport via free shuttle bus. Their 24 hour restaurant food and drinks' price are very reasonable.

Just what we needed for one night after a late arrival at Medan airport. Clean but smelly and windowless room. Helpful staff (room spray, hailing down bus for onward journey) and great breakfast buffet.

Worthed place with free shuttle from/to airport almost every hour, simple nice breakfast. Only need to check regularly rooms with close windows, coz less sunlight makes old smell-odor, and tiny insects to show up.

The hotel is noisy. At midnight somebody was hammering somewhere and I had to call the reception twice before they stopped. In the middle of the night there still was music outside the rooms and I couldn't sleep. The air conditioner remote control wouldn't work. I asked to be waken up to go to the airport but they didn't call me. I fortunately put my alarm, but without it I would have lost my flight. At the reception the guy just said "I'm sorry..." The hotel has a shuttle to the airport, but it stops at 10 and there's no service between 5,30 and 8,05. Why? I had to take a taxi because I had to be at the airport by 7,30. Two hours and a half gap, why? Why there isn't any shuttle service after 10? Why there's no shuttles from the airport to the hotel? Nobody knows anything. All the crew doesn't speak a word of English and it's very hard to be understood besides the fact that they are not very helpful with foreigners. The kitchen menu is poor and expensive. Breakfast is poor too.

The place looks like a nice hotel but at the end, internet only in lobby, really inconvenient and quite surprising for the price. Location is not really good as Nothing around to eat, and the food there is really not good, the staff does not speak a word of english. Would not stop there

We were forced to spend a night in Medan, leaving us no choice but to go for a hotel near the airport. This hotel was fine, but it took us ages to check in and organise a taxi to take us to Kualanamu the next morning...

Terrible experience”
Everything is bad about this hotel, it only looks nice on the photos they show. Location is terrible, it’s in the middle of nowhere. There is loud music in outside area and in the lobby/cafe all the time. Breakfast is cold and gross. Free shuttle is a joke, first one is 5:30am (before breakfast which starts at 6:00 - how convenient...) and then next one is THREE HOURS LATER which means it’s WAY TOO LATE FOR 90% OF MORNING DEPARTURES, so you end up paying extra for taxi/grab anyway. What a terrible service, only focused on money making, they don’t care about guests at all. On top of that sheets were dirty, bin in our room was smelly and full of rubbish after last guests (so they probably didn’t change the sheets/towels either - grosssss). Cafe is overpriced and menu prices don’t include 15% tax and service charge. Food quality is terrible, coffee is terrible. Rp100k deposit for key card. There is nothing you will like about this place, go to another hotel closer to airport, pay a little extra for the room and have a comfortable stay before your journey.
