We stayed for 7 Nights King Bed room with The Konnect Hotel. We are quite worried at first where we have seen the review of this hotel. Hence its totally change our mind when we reached their hotel. The staff are VERY friendly instead of what we have seen in the previous comment. We travel with young children, even though the facilities is not much but as we requested for kettle and hair dyers, they could give it to us. The location is strategic whereby you can find massage shop, 7-11 nearby. Overall, we appreciated the staff services in the period of staying here and would come back to stay there in my next trip. Clean Budget Hotel”
Konnect Hotel is 2 years old and is clean. Reception service is friendly and helpful. It is 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Ratchaprarop Rail Station (Airport Rail Link), nearer than to the Platinum Fashion (Wholesale) Mall. The room and bathroom are clean. Room is considered not too small for the price paid. 2 big luggages can be put and opened up on the floor in the room. Yet there is space for walking. In-fact in some hotel in other country, there is no space even for 1 big luggage to be opened up on the floor. Free Wi-Fi, small safe, electric kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap and Japanese slippers are available in the room.

This hotel is located at the heart of Bangkok shopping area. It is very near to Pratunam Mall. Just 10 min walk to the mall. The staff in this hotel is very helpful and friendly. Toilet is clean and bed sheet is clean. We had a pleasant stay here.

On a quite road, but not too far from the main street. Various malls and attractions around. Nice area, pretty safe. Have a halal stall nearby (Ninee) which I recommends their Tom Yum. Room is sufficient for budget travellers. Have a small refrigerator, instant hot water for shower, separate air conditioning (not centralised) so you can control using supplied remote control. TV comes with local channels only. I did not tried free WiFi. Room keys need to be drop at the reception, no card key. Sound insulation between room are okay, but sound at the aisle easily be heard inside the room. They provide free coffee in the morning. Some guest complain about strict rules on packing and outside foods and drinks, ask them 1st. I don't have any problem bring in food and packing at my own room. If you are travelling to/from Don Mueang Airport (DMK) bus stop is at Indra (10 minutes walk), the bus is A3. I will definitely consider staying here for my future trip to Bangkok.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially the accountant. He even took the trouble to draw up a road map to show us the location of some of the interesting spots around the hotel. He was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to and made our stay an unforgettable one. Will definitely be my first choice of hotel in the Pratunam area.

Not so good”
Not recommended and not value for money. Small room, only 1 lift for 8 floor hotel plus sharing with staff lift, breakfast provided are very basic with not more than 5 choices everyday. Front desk staff not friendly and very slow (mostly old lady). They need to trained their staff. Even check out takes more than 20 minutes just for her to clear the receipt and refund my deposit. Most hotel I stayed in Bangkok does not required deposit and just drop the keys upon check out. Please think twice before placing your booking. There are more worthy hotel with the same price within same vicinity. This is our first and last to stay in The Konnect Hotel, Bangkok. Bye!

Clean and Comfortable Room”
I'm satisfied stayed in this hotel. Eventhought when I and my friends came for the first time to check-in in this hotel, we must wait for a long time to get our rooms but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the handsome owner was very helpful and kindness. The location also good because this hotel located not far from many famous shopping are such us Platinum Fashion Mall, Siam Paragon, MBK, etc.

No kettle, cups are dirty, there is no hair dryer, and the room is just normal which I cant complain much as the price size is almost same with other budget hotels nearby but I would stay back MY HOTEL instead of Konnect Hotel as in term of the facilities provide, there is hair dryer, breakfast included, everything clean. I do hope got some improvement in Konnect Hotel so that I can stay for next visit. Sorry for the bad comments.

We took the family deluxe room. (3 Adults and 1 child at 8 yrs old). Room is big. We felt comfortable and cosy throughout though it is a small hotel. Breakfast was good especially the fried rice. Yummy!! Only minus point is that the mattress for the extra bed was too thin. We noticed that the mattress is in fact folded together with the mobile extra bed.

Good Location ”
This hotel has a very good location to the morning market to Pratunam Morning Market. At night, street food are just distance away. However, the walking distance to the BTS Station is about 15 min. Clean room and friendly staffs.

The location is really good, love the location, except the sound insulation is not really that good Is good that the hotel implemented no packing allowed in the room so we can have good sleep, and also prepare one of the space at level 1 for customer to pack their luggage and weighting scale is provided.

Convenient location near to various shopping areas”
Best thing about the hotel was ease of access to shopping areas such as Pratunam morning market and platinum mall. Even areas such as Big C, central world and Siam paragon were just 10-15mins walk away. It is also walkable to MBK via the skywalk which takes about 25-30mins max. Airport Railways and BTS are also 5-10mins walk away which is convenient. The rooms and hotel lobby also had wifi which was great.

Second time check in this hotel. Almost same as last time. The hotel located just next to the market, take about 5 mins walk to the street. Quite environment as it is inside the lorong. For those who go for business and do not have much requirements on the renovation/facilities, it would be very budget and good choice.

Great location for shoppers... many shopping area and markets( Day, Night) and money changers are in couple minutes walking distance... Staffs are very helpful.. 24 hrs front desk service... They don't have breakfast counter but have complimentary coffee every morning at lobby.. and you can see several kinds of streetfood and noodle shops near hotel... Can weight your bags for free too... worth for it's fair price ...
