Great family apartment”
This was a great find for our family of four adults and two children. Everything was immaculate and easy to use, the location was fantastic with an easy walk to the lake and next-door access to a wonderful bakery and laundry, and the staff could not have been more helpful. We especially enjoyed the patio table and chairs for morning coffee and afternoon chatting. Highly recommend.

Plenty of space. ”
Adult daughter with parents. Plenty of space to spend time together but also be able to rest privately. Basic furnishings and all minor problems solved by staff in a cheerful manner. Would be great for groups who want a bit of their own space. Short taxi rides or 15 min walk to the lake and town centre.

Most disappointing stay of our trip”
We traveled to Dalat with our 9 months old kid and booked la fleur after looking at good reviews on agoda. Please note that la fleur is as costly as another good hotelm in dalat, so it wasnt a cheap accomodation. For us, it was a disappointment and ruined our new year plan. To start with, we were given a room underground with no windows and vibrations and sound from traffic whole night. Second, this is the first stay ever where we were asked to make our own bedsheets and clean cups in the room. We thought it would be done next day given we had booked this stay for 2 days but it wasn't. Third, there was no phone in the room to call reception. Fourth, the bathtub was dirty with hairs of someone else. Finally, we weren't given any early checking even though it felt that the accommodation was not full.

Rented 3BR family room. Place seem much smaller than advertised area. Chairs and table took up all the space in the living room. Bedrooms are small. Not much space around the bed. Bed sheets did not appear fresh. Sanitize wiped touch areas and the wipe got pretty dirty. Would not stay again.

Rooms are large. It's a good choice for family stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tuyến who gave me lots of recommendation about restaurants and visit place. I booked a Premium King room with nice decoration and clean jacuzzi but no window which is a must for me. The staff happily switch a larger room with balcony for my without extra charge. Note that this is more likely a home stay type not a hotel. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Xuan Hương lake and Night market.
