Superb facilites and value for money”
Location is right in the middle of the shopping area. All indian restaurants and McDonald's restaurants are nearby. Rooms are A++ and cleanliness is superb. Hotel has swimming pool and a gym whis are awesome. Staff is very friendly and co-operative.

Fantastic place”
+ Room got upgraded to a bigger one with a separate bedroom. The apartment was very clean and kitchen was excellent. It had a frying pan and all the necessary equipment to cook food on your own. Big balcony and quiet at night. Gym had excellent AC and equipment for basic training but not for heavy lifters. Overall it was amazing place and very highly recommended. - Booking info said complimentary tea/coffee, welcome drink and umbrella but none of these were delivered. Asked about the umbrellas from the reception on several different days but they were always finished. If you are staying in high season, sunbeds might run out quickly. We stayed in low season and it was fine, only on one day they were all taken. AC in the room blew straight to bed and it didn't really cool the room that well compared to the AC that was in the kitchen. Anyway these were minor issues and the place is fantastic.

Great stay”
We stayed 2nights at the lai thai. Location is good. Halal restaurant located along the street. 7e and family mart also just nearby about 2mins walking from the lobby. Ao nang beach is just 10minutes walking distance. The staff are very polite and kind. Pool so huge. Got big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove to cook, plates and glass, spoon, basically complete set of kitchennet. We will sure comeback and stay here for next visit.

Everything about this place is great, I'd recommend asking for a place further away from the road to avoid any noises if you have trouble sleeping. Over all value for money in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities, Powerful AC, Security and more

Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again. The staff is the nicest staff I have met since being in Thailand. This was our third hotel for our trip to Thailand. Only thing was the breakfast was a 2/10. It’s not buffet style. It was not very good and not worth the extra $20 per night. I would rather just eat outside. Other than that everything else was 10/10.

Great for a single - better for a family”
Lai Thai is a stylish, modern complex comprising three blocks of condominiums surrounding a huge swimming pool which is divided into three separate components being 1. Regular swimmimng area, childrens shallow pool and lap pool... The complex also features a Japanese restaurant as well as an all day kitchen cafe... Each room features all the regular mod cons such as wifi, aircon, saftey deposit box and cable tv aas well as a functional kitchen. With Mother Marche supermarket and Tesco Lotus nearby, the choice of international and local product means that providing ones own home cooked meals is a viable option... The beach, massage huts and beachside eateries are within an easy 10 minute walk. Doctor Sombon and Pharmacy as well cash exchange locared across the road... If the previously mentioned features aren't enough, Lai Thai is possibly the most price competitive luxury accommodation in AoNang...

Exceptional”
We are still staying here, so far all good, room spacious clean and the best is a kitchenette, as we are travelling for six months it gets very tedious eating out all the time. But I am not sure if having an iron and ironing board beats the kitchen !!! The pool is lovely nice restaurants (ramen) on site and the 6 nations rugby tour in the wine bar topped it off for my husband. Smart tv in room so you can watch Netflix too(I know I am sad!!) very relaxing place.

Good spot, nice gym, nice pool”
Right next door to a motorbike rental spot, 711 and family mart. Plus a short walk to the little bar area if that’s what you’re into. And you don’t go through a lobby to get to your room so don’t worry about bringing guests home. I was with my GF so not an option. Cool spot, I won’t stay again but if someone asked me what I thought I would say don’t stay, it’s relatively inexpensive and the room was really big which I value.

quiet, comfort, spacious”
almost everything is perfect, the only thing not to my liking is my room facing a no activity construction site, i used to rest on balcony drinking or smoking if the view is either street, sea, jungle or mountain but not this round. anyhow will go back if could get a better view room.

Just what we needed for our 10 night stay. Spacious and well equipped Apartment, with full kitchen facilities - hotplates, microwave, toaster, electric jug and crockery/cutlery. We organised our own breakfast every day, which was convenient and saved money. Walking distance to a myriad of restaurants, shops and beach area. Staff are efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and convenient location”
Very nice servced apartments, great pool, great staff, room made up daily. Far enough aware from the leader and of town to be quiet but close enough so that it was no more than a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.
