From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles. The front desk staff were genuinely helpful—check-in was fast and painless, especially since we booked through Agoda. I even asked if they could help us arrange a ride home, and the receptionist gladly booked a taxi for us with no fuss. The bell boy? Super efficient and courteous. He handled our bags and escorted us to the room right away. It’s always the small gestures that set the tone for a stay, and this one started strong. An Unexpected “Upgrade” We were told we got upgraded to their newest suite—nice surprise, right? The room looked fresh, clean, and clearly well-kept. However, it was smaller than what I originally booked (I expected a queen bed plus a single, but only got the queen). The real letdown though? The view.
