We had a night stay at the Landmark Hotel for attending children’s sport event. We booked deluxe twin room which came with a single bed n double beds. As we knew the room was newly refurbished, the moment we stepped in, it was so comfy.. Facility wise, everything is nearby. There are convenience shop. Further down there’re lots of eateries n it’s happening at night. The hotel also attached with a cafe which serve nice japanese , chinese n western. The portion are generous as well.. Kudos to the staff especially Iqa n Peggy.. they are very friendly n helpful. We will make another stay for future visit.

I stayed for one night in a standard twin room at The Landmark Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – convenient and close to many attractions. The entire place is clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. The only downside was the shower area. Unfortunately, the drainage was extremely slow – so slow that the water started to overflow beyond the shower area during use. It would be great if the hotel could improve this. Other than that, everything else was top-notch. I would still recommend this hotel and hope to see improvements in the bathroom next time.

Water pressure was weak in my room (311) and the warm water mixer was not very effective. Also, the shower head looks old. Cleanliness was okay, but could really be better. It boils down to maintenance. The original TV control was replaced by a 3rd party one which did not work well. Also, difficult to connect to the HDMI port to watch Netflix. In many hotels now, access to Netflix is quite a standard feature. Landmark should make it easy for guests to connect easily to Netflix via the HDMI port. Carpet in the hallway needs thorough cleaning. The restaurant has been recently upgraded and looks more pleasing. Bravo.

Stayed for 2D1N, given a second floor room. Actually requested for higher floor at 3rd floor if possible, but reception was very nice and advice us not to as the room is the same floor as their function room and may be noisy. On our second night stay, we could hear events ongoing above us, with occasional loud thumping, but generally stay was pleasant. They have all the amenities that you require for a short stay. Love that they have a phone to call to reception and in-room dining. Room was definitely spacious and very clean for 3 pax. Able to receive Singapore's channels on their super clear TV! Missed out on their level 1 food (but I saw many good reviews). Definitely will return to this hotel if back to Batu Pahat.
