Amazing/ Clean/ Exceptional Hotel”
Stayed 3 days 2 nights at the Langham in November (during the HK protest). Location is central to Tsim Sha Tsui. Luxury shopping is just minutes. Ferry Terminal is about 10min walk. 5min walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Staff was amazing, beyond expectations. We haven't been to HK in a long time, and the staff recommended amazing places to eat and shop. Extremely Helpful. The room we stayed in was a twin room (city view). Room was spacious, bright, and super clean. The water was hot when needed (perfect shower and bath). Def. will return in the near future. Must stay hotel even if for 1 night!!

We stayed at the Club floor. The service is exceptional. We traveled with our 16 months old son. The hotel provide us a baby cot, a decent one. The room is bright and clean. spotless. The interior is really nice & elegant. I told them it's our anniversary and the hotel was kind enough to prepare us the LH bear with balloons plus champagne and a box of chocolate. How sweet!!! Thank you so much. I will recommend this hotel for everyone. We had a really good time here. Will definitely come back here next time!

I am a returning costumer to this hotel. This is not a brand new property but very well kept. The service they gave is top notch. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillow. The bathroom is spacious with complete amenities. The gym facilities on 15th floor is very well equipped. However the pool is quite small. Location wise, it’s right on the shopping district of tsim sha tsui with plenty of dining option on site or around the hotel

Excellent service at Langham”
My husband and I both became quite sick during our trip to Hong Kong and the desk manager and staff were extremely helpful in getting us the hotel doctor (twice). We then requested to get another room to split up the sick people and they were quick to arrange and at a good price. Hotel manager even got us a suite. When it was time to return the room, they told us that we could just stay on for one more night (as we were leaving soon) at no extra cost. Desk manager knew us by name. And we were checking out, everyone at the desk were asking about our well-being. Excellent service. Definitely would stay again

A great experience for birthday ”
I booked this hotel for my gfd’s bday, hotel gave us an enjoyable stay here. They gave me lots of help and support . We got a nice cake and chocolate. Also, I would like to give a big compliment to the front desk officer, Jimmy gave me warmest service, and the concierge helped me immediately when she and the doorman saw me taking lots of bags on hands. Thanks for giving me a unexpected and a memorable stay for celebrating my gfd bday. I will stay here again and also recommend to my friends!

Exceptional”
Booked the one bedroom suite for my birthday and had the most amazing time! As we booked the suite, we were able to access the club amenities, such as the afternoon tea, evening cocktails and the breakfast. The food that they offer to club members is top-notch!!! I have never tasted deep fried wonton like that 🤤 they also provided so much for my birthday and the attention to detail is unbeatable. I have stayed in other 5 star hotels in Hong Kong but nothing has come close to Langham ❤️ I can’t wait until my next stay

Location is very good. 1 minutes walk to Harbour City and 3-4 minutes to TST station via underground walkway. Facilities is awesome, we were given upgrade to room in Langham Club Floor which is very nice. 100% would not hesitate to comeback again

Non refundable rate made this hotel worth it”
Because I got a very good non refundable deal (less than $120/night), I thought the value was good. Right across from the subway entrance (although it’s a walk to the actual train), easy access to ferry. Kind and helpful staff who speak English (even the maintenance guys!). My friend had laundry and mailing needs and the concierge took care of her without any problem. Nice clean rooms. My room had no view except another building, though. All in all, a fancy stay at a decent price.

The best hotel we have stayed so far. My wife was very happy staying here and that made me happy, staff was amazing and Joyce made extra effort to make our stay pleasant. Location is super good and 5 minutes walk to MRT (Aircon walk- That should bring a smile)

Super nice upgrade to a fancier than I expected room with a cozy looking faux fireplace. The hotel smells really nice and they let you take their fragrance home at their gift shop. Really love their gift shop, but I was just browsing though.

Very satisfied in classical hotel”
Hotel can be highly recommended. Top service, nice and spacious rooms, good restaurants and nice staff. Location close to Star Ferry as well as MTR and close to tourist zone TST and right in between the major luxury brand stores. I personally prefer the island side but this is only matter of taste. No smoking rooms available but this is kind of normal meanwhile in HKG and I was informed in advance already.
