This hotel is one of the world’s finest, boasting a great location in “old” Hong Kong, where shopping opportunities are endless.
With a British pedigree dating back to 1865, the hotel is sprinkled with 1,700 Chinese art pieces. The 495 elegant rooms are painted with earth tone palettes and feature separate showers, plunge baths, and pillow menus where guests can choose from various fills, firmness, and scents. The Langham Hong Kong Hotel houses some of the finest designer boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, and Prada, as well as a Harbor Mall with a whopping 600 shops to satisfy all the shopaholics out there. The Club Lounge is worth the small fee, offering hot and cold drinks, cocktails, wines, beer, nibbles, and mini-desserts 24 hours a day.
The MTR underground is minutes away, and the hotel is very close to the Museum of Art and the Space Center. For a thoroughly relaxing and wonderful stay, make The Langham Hong Kong Hotel your accommodation of choice.

Wonderful 5-star hotel at the heart of TST”
I had a wonderful and enchanting stay at the Langham Hong Kong. The five-star property is situated at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, one of Hong Kong's main shopping districts. It is just right across the Harbour City with houses big brands like Chanel, Prada, Gucci and Louis Vuitton, and right beside Silvercord, which houses one of two H&Ms in HK, Longchamp and the famous Din Tai Fung Restaurant. On the Langham's lower floors is DFS Galleria, selling designer brands and cosmetics. And the list goes on. We had a convenient and amazing time from the minute we arrived in Hong Kong. We took the Airport Express from the airport going to the city center (we took the tourist card that sells for HKD300 inclusive of roundtrip airport express ride and 3 days of unlimited MTR and bus rides, and with a refundable HKD50 upon surrender of the card). From the Kowloon Station of Airport Express, there is a free shuttle bus that stops directly at the Langham. The lobby was busy at the time that we got there at around 10am and people were just starting checking out. Girl of the front desk offered her assistance and quickly checked our reservation. We were informed that the earliest room that could be given to us was at 1:30 (check-in time is usually at 2pm). And we were given an upgrade! So it was a pretty good start. She personally assisted us going to the concierge, where they took our suitcases. We had brunch in the meantime along with our first round of shopping made sure that our suitcases were brought directly to our room even before we got back. Check in was thus very convenient for us. And the room was just really amazing! The hotel made sure to pay attention to every detail. The fabric, the sheets, the furniture were all clean and of amazing quality. Complimentary bottled water, cookies and fruits were waiting for us as well. the iPod dock proved very handy, and the adapter was a brilliant idea - no need to ask for one...
Lovely hotel with excellent service and location”
The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong is one of the best business hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the moment you enter, the aura of the lobby and the refreshing smell takes you away from all the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui. The rooms are well furnished and well maintained. Service is top notch and I even had the pleasure of meeting the manager who was very warm and courteous. I requested for early check-in as well as late check-out and both requests were accepted without any fuss. I did not have the opportunity to try all the restaurants but the Main St. Deli is by far the best deli in HK. They also have really nice beer from some micro breweries in the US. I will definitely be going back to The Langham. The only thing that was annoying was the internet charge which is frightfully expensive. Being a business hotel, the Langham can easily afford to provide guests with free Wifi.
Mixed feelings for the Langham ”
I've stayed at the Langham Hong Kong for four nights last week, and although it was enjoyable stay but not without a flaw. This trip to Hong Kong was for holiday and it was very important for me to have some quiet time. And out of many hotels at Hong Kong, I thought small but luxurious Langham might meet the expectations. After I had made a reservation at the Langham, I realized that renovation was going on. I was deeply worried about the noise level, so I quickly sent an e-mail asking about it and if it is severe I was going to change the hotel. The Langham assured me that they will allocate my room far away from the renovation site, so I didn't change the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the bellboy and gentle man at the lobby were very nice and friendly. But the lady (should have remembered the name) at the front desk was very cold and never smiled during the whole check in/ out process. And her voice was so soft and small, with all the noises and music at the lobby I couldn't hear her voice clearly. Moreover she allocated room, considered to be very unfortunate number in Asian countries including South Korea which I came from. Five star hotel in Asia should have considered this before allocating the room. I was upset but didn't ask to change the room thinking maybe she arranged that partucular room because of my e-mail. And what a huge mistake. The room, the water was running in the toilet all night, and in the morning from 9 o'clock the drilling was so loud at the renovation site I couldn't stand it anymore and had to make a complaint. Fortunately I was moved to other room which was quiet for the rest of the stay and the letter of the appology with the free champane was given. Apart from that it was enjoyable stay. The renovated room was clean, it is close to everything, nice breakfast, kind staff(except the lady at the front desk), quick response after the complaint.
Excellent as always”
Since I visit Hong Kong yearly, I have stayed at many hotels usually ones situated on Kowloon side. This time it's my fifth time staying at Langham hotel. To say frankly, the hotel is always live up to its five stars standard in all aspects like location, room facilities, food and services. Even someone mentioned that their room facilities look quite old, it is still in 5 stars standard, being able to provide everything you basically need. The room size is big comparing to other hotels in Hong Kong; I have two big luggages but still be able to move around without any problem. Comparing to Marco Polo Hong Kong hotel, which has quite similar room rates, I would choose to stay at the Langham. Even its location is not in the mall like Marco Polo HK, I prefer something more private but still very easily accessible to shopping and dinng location. Especially, the staff who have excellent service mind, this is the main reason why I keep revisit this hotel over and over. To conclude, Langham Hotel is recommened for 5 star hotels experience.
A shoppers' hotel”
This hotel is a shopper's haven. It's right across harbor plaza and near the popular shops at the nathan/tsim sha tsui area. It's very convenient to be able to return to the hotel to deposit shopping bags or take a rest in the room in the middle of shopping. I was also impressed by how luxurious our deluxe room turned out to be, from the bedroom design to the bed, bath and entertainment amenities. They even have an ipod dock and multiple sockets for all gadgets. The duty free shop is right below the hotel. It's also very near the ferry terminal and about 8 mins walk to the subway. The Chinese resto inside the hotel is recognized to be among the top in Hong Kong. I'd come back here on my next visit.
Amazing/ Clean/ Exceptional Hotel”
Stayed 3 days 2 nights at the Langham in November (during the HK protest). Location is central to Tsim Sha Tsui. Luxury shopping is just minutes. Ferry Terminal is about 10min walk. 5min walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Staff was amazing, beyond expectations. We haven't been to HK in a long time, and the staff recommended amazing places to eat and shop. Extremely Helpful. The room we stayed in was a twin room (city view). Room was spacious, bright, and super clean. The water was hot when needed (perfect shower and bath). Def. will return in the near future. Must stay hotel even if for 1 night!!
Good location, comfy room but on the small side”
stayed for 3 nights at the langham hong kong. great location in tsim sha tsui, minutes to harbor city, the ferry terminal, and nathan road. underpass to mtr just outside the entrance to the hotel, but be aware that it'll still be about a 5-10min walk to the station/trains itself
“The Best Customer Service Ever Encountered””
My husband and I stayed at The Langham (not to be confused with Langham Place) and will definitely stay here again and again whenever travelling to Hong Kong. After a long flight we were tired and grumpy but as soon as we walked through the doors the host came up shook our hands, asked our names, welcomed us and lead us to the counter for checking in. As we were checking in he brought me a rose which perked me up. Also, the girl at the counter upgraded us because she wanted our stay to be extra special. After checking in we went to our room which was absolutely beautiful and although this may sound silly I was so happy to see a hot water kettle, coffee, tea, tv channels in english, an iron and an ironing board in the room. We were travelling in Paris and Spain and not one of the 5 star hotels we were staying in had any of these so it was really frustrating at times. The Langham is in the perfect location as well. The tram is right there and you can walk to all the famous streets for shopping and eating. We had no problems getting anywhere. We also found an amazing North American restaurant called Market Deli and had our first Rueben and Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich since leaving North America 6 years ago. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants the best customer service, the nicest rooms and located in the heart of everything.
A Great Place to Stay”
The langham Tsim Tsa Tsui has become my second home when I am in Hong Kong, I enjoy the warm feeling that the personel creates, the club and the hotel itself has a really good standard. The beads are perfect with your own preferens of pillows, the only negativ thing is that it is a bit overcharged compared to other hotels, they have raised prices continuesly during the last years and is now on the edge of being to expensive in contrast to what you get.
Classy hotel with European Charm and Asian Service”
This was my 5th or 6th time at the Langham Hong Kong and my overall experience was up to the high standards that I have experienced during each of my stay. I had requested early check-in but for the first time they were not able to provide me with a 10.00 am check-in. The wait was not long though and I was whisked into my room in 30 minutes. They offered me 6.00 pm late check-out to make up for the 30 minute delay. The room was clean and service impeccable as always. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely concerned about your well being. This is actually very rare at any HK Hotel. The location is fantastic as you have easy access to the MTR, shopping malls and numerous dining options. It's not cheap but none of the hotels in HK are. Yes you can probably find another hotel in the area for a little less but that little extra is totally worth it.
Best hotel we have stayed at”
Looking at the 'Langham' on the internet raised great expectations in us and these were all exceeded when we arrived and given a tour of our room with all of its 'extras' to make our visit comfortable and refreshing. The attention to detail and standard of service was most impressive and we look forward to visiting our new 'home' in Hong Kong as often as possible in the future. The hotel delivers a rare mix of quality, discrete, impeccable service and a sense of being at home in beautiful surrounds amongst family members who are pleased to see you. Having a late evening flight we were invited back to the hotel to freshen up before leaving for the airport. A rare jewel amongst hotels. You will remember your 'Langham' experience for a long time and wish there was one in every city around the world. Congratulations to the management and all staff who have identified, created and deliver the perfect mix to make your stay most memorable.
The Langham Hotel is a hotel hight quality standard, the reception area is amazing, the room is nice and are a little bit bigger and comfortable compared to the other hotel that cost more or less same the Langham Hotel. At the restaurant there are a lot of selection, from western food to asian food, and is possible ask to the cooker to cook what you like, I ve asked to cook spaghetti with fresh tomato and was very good. The location of the hotel is near the commercial area of Hong Kong and is perfect if don't have too much time to go to do shopping. In 5 minutes by walking you can arrive at star ferry where you can take the ferry to go to Hong Kong island.
Deluxe hotel with excellent amenities”
Excellent hotel-great location near the Star Ferry/museums/shopping, etc. in Tsim Sha Tsui. Had a deluxe room on 12th floor-spacious and very comfortable. You can hear some of the traffic below but the noise is quite muted. Breakfasts are expensive in the hotel so best to look in the area. Service is exemplary and all the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. We ate in the Palm Lounge the first night after a late arrival-comfortable but food not good for the price. We ate in the Main St. Deli most days for brunch and the food was excellent-friendly service, good choice of food, great coffee. On our last night, we tried the Bostonian and were quite impressed with the quality of the food, value for money(we used the 20% discount card offered to hotel guests), and the service was very good. All in all-highly recommended-would stay here again.
The hotel to stay at when in Tsim Sha Tsui”
It is the fantastic location and staff that make all the difference at the Langham. From our initial welcome to our final checkout, the staff went out of their way to be wonderfully accommodating , helpful and friendly. Nothing we requested was too much trouble. We were looking forward to our stay at the Langham and were certainly not disappointed. The rooms are spotlessly clean, big for Hong Kong standards and have all the necessary features. The bed is "heavenly", soft, big and extremely comfortable .The bathroom is large and well stocked with large, fluffy towels etc and good products . We would love to come back to Hong Kong again and will most certainly choose to stay at The Langham again.
The Best Hotel in Hong Kong's TST Area (Kowloon)”
After staying at the Langham, I am most certain that this is the hotel that I will always stay in for all of my future visits to Hong Kong. You have the best location, and service is great! The best hotel that offers the best service at a reasonable price in the TST district I reckon - better than any other hotel along Canton Road in my opinion. You are greeted warmly and properly as soon as you enter the doors and instantly you'll notice how well maintained this hotel is as soon as you enter the lobby - it smells so great! The rooms are always cleaned and the highlight of my stay? The warm hospitable staff that will exceed you expectations! I also found it so nice and cute that they send in chocolates bidding you good night and ice buckets in the evening before tucking in, along with cards with inspirational messages and what to expect for the next day's weather.
Staff are always prominent in and around lobby and always available to help you. When we arrived to check in the counter was busy but a staff member approached us immediately to welcome us and help facilitate our check in. We upgraded from our grand room to a suite, which was amazing and very spacious, especially since space in Hong Kong is often at a premium. The suite also allows you access to the Langham Club, where you get continental breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks and night time cocktails and canapes included, all in a really lovely environment with magazines, etc. It is perfect when you get back to your hotel at 3pm and want to put your feet up after shopping - you can leave your room and go to the Club and be served tea and coffee and snacks - such a treat. And of course coming back after dinner for drinks! Staff were amazing as I said, always there to help, even the young bell boy when we were leaving was really helpful - our needs were always anticipated. You definitely get what you pay for at the langham.
A good stay”
I am a regular at The Langham when I'm in Hong Kong. This would be my preferred choice mainly because of it's location. It's right smack in the middle of one of the biggest malls in Hong Kong and also Nathan Road, which is one of the longest, busiest shopping street in the world. There are other hotels within the vicinity but I choose the Langham for their consistency of recognising and appreciating me for being a regular therefore, I feel comfortable of knowing that I will be treated the same way everytime I stay there. It's alo good to know that they keep in mind my preferences like a no smoking room and all. At the moment there is quite major renovation going on and the only thing is I wish they would start the major works like drilling and all after 10am instead of 9. Otherwise, I would still recommend friends to stay there for so many reasons. Whether if you are there as a family or a single traveller, the rooms are appropriate for both.
Met our expectations”
There are two Langham hotels in Hong Kong! Would have liked to be warned about that. Had to cancel Langham Mong Kok in favour of the Langham Hong Kong (tho it is situated in Kowloon). A little confusing! But made the right choice because of the location in Kowloon - round the corner from Harbour City shopping and eating, near the Star Ferry, and opposite the best restaurant, Hutong. But like everything in Hong Kong space is at a premium. The space in the restaurant falls far short of the volume of guests it receives. Go late and you will be sitting almost on the lap of the next guest! But the staff are good at keeping things moving.Would stay there again.
i normally stay at the langham tsim sha tsui every time i'm on one of my business trips. i find the location , which is next to harbour city shopping mall (one of the biggest malls in kowloon)extremely convenient with lots of other shops nearby like the heritage row just 5 mins walk away. there are also many restaurants and fast food chains everywhere you turn. not to mention, the service provided by the staff at the langham hotel has been quite consistent. cleanliness is important to me and they have managed to upkeep that time and time again. the rooms are of a good size and the decor is ,although old fashion is still very pleasant. toiletries provided are of good quality and also they do not stinge on variety either. i like the fact that they even provide facial cotton , cotton buds, toothbrushes and quality soap. all in all i fully recommend this hotel to all travellers.
Langham Hotel, Hong Kong”
The Langham is a lovely hotel, superbly situated a couple of minutes walk from the Star Ferry terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool, the jacuzzi, sauna and gym are all first rate. Although the pool is a little small, there is hardly anyone else ever using it.
