My favorite hotel in my favorite American city”
From check in to check out, our experience was very pleasant. I confirmed our Agoda booking two weeks before and requested for a room with a great view on a non-smoking floor. I also explained that my family and I would be celebrating my birthday in NY. We were assisted by Mr Kenneth Ayson upon check-in and he brought us to the room only a few minutes after our arrival. He even provided a birthday cake for me. The room was very spacious and luxurious. There was a sitting area separate from the bed, there was space for a foldaway bed, there was a large dressing room and the bathroom was quite big. We were given a corner room with large windows and we could see the Sears Tower while lying down on the bed. All the hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help without giving any impression of being put upon. We had dinner on our first night at Ai Fiori, the Italian restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and the food was superb! We will defniitely return to Langham Place on our next trip to NY.

Top Noch hotel on Fifth Avenue”
we spend 3 night in setai fifth avenue and we really enjoy the place. we were located in high floor in a corner. the room is spacious with 2 tv + one in the bathroom. it has everything that a luxury hotel have. staff are very friendly and helpful

Luxurious Comfort in the City That Never Sleeps. ”
We had a fantastic stay at Langham. The room was large, comfortable, and luxurious. We had a kitchen and even a laundry machine so I don't have to do laundry when we get home. The separate room in our suite gave us privacy and gave the kids space to wind down after a busy day out. The bathroom was awesome, with the in the mirror tv and humongous bath tub. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to have quiet dinners in on a couple of nights. We were in the best location possible, smack in the center of Manhattan. The staff is very attentive, a little too attentive at times with the housekeeping. The house car was awesome. They need another one.

Another excellent stay”
Been at the Langham several times now for work. If you can get a decent rate (as it normally is quite expensive), it is an excellent hotel. Location is excellent, service phenomenal and hard to match the overall experience. Feels like a high end hotel in Asia, which is very rare anywhere in the US.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Excellent hotel! Will never stay anywhere else if there is a langham available!Very efficient friendly staff. Loved the use of courtesy car and the driver was a gentleman. Very spacious comfortable and quiet room. Great jazz in the bar at night serving good food.

Fabulous hotel ”
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Not an extensive lobby area and the bar stops serving at 23.30... but the rooms are fabulous. Unless it’s a quick trip, I’d recommend booking a room above standard because the rooms are small. We were friends staying for 5 days and our 5 suitcases in the standard room made us feel chlosteraphobic. I’d recommend an exec room. So much room, amazing large bathroom with views of the skyline when you’re bathing and a separate kitchen/dressing room. The reception staff, door staff and porters were a dream. The location of the hotel was perfect. Anything we required was never too much trouble. In summary, book a larger room if you can, amazing staff, amazing location.

Romantic get away. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room carpet was stained and needed to be cleaned, but the rest of room and amenities very nice. Housekeeping inconsistent - face cloths every 2nd day, newspaper never delivered in morning despite daily request. Concierge available with recommendations and ideas. Steven at front desk was a godsend in getting us late checkout since our flight was delayed for many hours --the couple hours extension on check out made a good vacation into a great vacation. Breakfast cost at restaurant was absurd and service not up to par with a high end hotel. Would go back - liked the room, quietness especially on fifth avenue, great views from room, friendly staff.
