Excellent self contained apartment ”
This is a beautifully appointed property, the place really looks like the pictures. The Wi-fi is fast and it is located in a convenient location near a Sainsbury supermarket and the centre of Wolverhampton. They email you and text you the codes for the keyless doors to access the apartment on the day you are due to check in, this is mostly ok but it was a problem for us as we had no UK telephone or access to wifi after we left our previous hotel; it may be a better idea to send people the code the night before to give the chance to overseas travellers to connect to wifi and get the messages.

UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS ”
It was stressful to arrive at the accommodation in the evening after a long journey, to not be met and unable to enter the building as we didn’t receive any entry codes. After some time, luckily, another guest arrived and gave us ‘Jays’ phone number - we then received the codes by text. The Garden room was so disappointing, VERY small -double bed up against the patio door, only one chair and no table to have a coffee ( the counter top was taken up with kitchen things. Next day a couple had the same access problem.
