Hotel had missed traveler’s name as transport pick up at airport..? This is a very error mistake and bad imagine to traveler when walking out from customer which saw the hotel guy’s which no traveler name on sign pick up..!? Until we approach them and show our booked hotel record then your guy recover that our name had missed out….!😓 luckily, they immediate arrange transfer seats & PRT test and after then send back to hotel which was already a bit late…! Finally get the problem resolved…! 😂😓😅🙏

Good place for location as far as air or ground travel needs. It's close to Don Meung & Morchit(Sambatour bus & others) making taxi fares very affordable. Only thing to complain about is I have the bad luck of check in late for my 1 night quarantine stay, did not get my 3 meals or breakfast. I was simply forgotten about.

Minimal”
Staff seemed under pressure (couldn't see any obvious reason why) and unhelpful. I had a dietary requirement (I don't eat meat), but, for the one meal included in the one night's stay, they could not cater for me - and they couldn't even tell me what the one meal was. The "snacks" included in the price were 2 brownies and a very small bottle of an unlabelled sugary orange drink. I had asked for a quiet room and was put in one that overlooked a main arterial highway with full on traffic the whole 24 hours - and that was drowned out by a noisy AC unit, that only made a marginal reduction in the temperature. And the kettle didn't work.

Excellent value for money, staff very helpful when some small problem occurred. Manager, (Dee), was great when I wanted to extend my stay and Agoda showed" no rooms available, she quickly sorted things out. As a frequent visitor to Bangkok I would rather stay here, save heaps of money, still get great room and simply catch a taxi 🚕 to city. If you are visiting from overseas this is an undiscovered gem . 7/11 right outside for convenient late night snacks. Amazing temple within walking distance and tons of shops nearby. I stay here all the time. Love it.

Doesn't live up to its name”
The Legacy did not live up to its name. Built right beside the expressway, our balcony overlooked all the cars streaming by, which provided a consistent and loud roar throughout the night. The desk clerks could not speak English but amazingly the very helpful chamber maid was able to speak English.The room was basic and clean but because of the traffic noise, difficulty to access (although that could be said of many hotels in Bangkok) and the incesant barking of dogs all night long, I would not recommend this to anyone. We ended up here because there were no other hotels available in that general area and now we know why the Legacy was available. Travel a little further and get a decent hotel in which you can sleep without dog and traffic noise all night long.

The hotel was easy to find from airport ”
Although hotel not really very dirty it is well worn free wifi was reasonable for speed staff good and helpful found very amenable we asked for extra bed put in the room and it was just about done when we reached our room all in all a good experience

Not the Greatest Airport Hotel”
For a cheap airport hotel you get your money's worth: it's cheap and by the airport. The hotel is definitely older and not in the best repair; flickering fluorescent lights, white walls and tile, and an A/C set up that took me a minute to figure out (it's the light switch tucked off in the dark corner). Got the job done but would not stay here if the other hotel closer to Don Meuang was available.

A Great little hotel very close to where I had to ”
I had a good stay it was all I required and I would stay there again if I had to go to the same part of Bangkok again. It may not suit all people as it is not in the center of the city although its easy to get taxis, but for where I had to be I could not want for better.

Nice hotel but away from civilisation, no restaurants around, it's on the highway, need a taxi to get anywhere but the hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly.
