Legian Sunset Residence ~ Welcome Home”
We stayed at the Legian Sunset Residence for eight nights in a family duplex with my mobility-challenged mother. The staff went above and beyond to make her quarters safe and bright enough so she would not fall. They brought in a standing lamp and were always quick to send a maintenance man or housekeeping. Special thanks to salesperson Jess who doubled as a receptionist. She did everything from getting our car fixed to lending me her own powerbank when the car would not charge my phone. She also kept in touch with us throughout our stay to see that we were ok. The entire team saw to our needs and helped with our many questions. Very much appreciated... we came as guests and left as family. On the flipside, minor improvements could be made in several areas. While the second floor was wonderful, the ground level of the family apartment was a bit dark - a bit more light would be great. The downstairs sink is also an impractical size - it's really tiny. Also, a bit more light around the pool in the evening would be good for safety reasons. Other than this, everything else was decent and the Legian Sunset Residence is certainly value for money. Most of all, it's a hotel with a heart. Five stars from us. :)

Room or better said apartment/ loft was really good value for money ! Everything you need is around,...it is a bit further out, so not the most attractive place in Kura, but beach is in reachable distance, Grab car or Go jek is always only few minutes away;), and for a tour around ( Canggu, Seminyiak, Kuta, shoppingmalls& beaches), Kura Kura Bus is only a distance away! ( check kura kura bus online) I was very happy to stay there those 2 nights& would definitely consider to come back.

Its our forth time here in this hotel and we love it so much in fact we are booked back in on the 19th of november .went to stay in another hotel about ten mins away for 3 nites and i have to say what a big mistake nothing like the legian sunset residence cant wait to return to the sunset residence lovely staff and great value for money and i also like the new mini bar which is their now it wasnt their last year nice touch..the only downfall was we stayed on the third floor in room 307 which right above the ceiling or behined a wall is a water pump of some sort that is constantly going off giving off a horrible noise which is hard to sleep with so hopefully when we return on the 19th we wont get that room again .the following morning their was a guy in next door and he was a disgrace he was riaring and shouting for nearly one hour didnt even care about the other residents which i find discusting some people just have no manners..but i still cant wait to come back ..thankyou sunset

I had a wonderful stay at the residence. I have been to Bali many times and stayed at different parts of the island. This time I was looking for a budget place but clean and modern. I found LS residence a perfect option. It is looks exactly like on the pix. Every room has two floors: a living room area downstairs with a sofa and little kitchen, and a bedroom on top with shower. The rooms are super spacious and clean (the staff cleans every day on request). Everything in the room looked really new. The breakfast was included, there is a breakfast area but i had my breaky in room. I had a late check in (around 2a.m) which went really smoothly, the staff is super friendly. Shops and restaurants are nearby, even the famous Hammer gym is just at a few meters distance. The only issue is the the beach is quite far - about 15-20 mins walking. but if you like walking or on a bike it's not going to be a problem. The hotel has a nice swimming poor, which could be an alternative to the beach sometimes. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel and I would def recommend it.

The Legian Sunset Residence was more than we expected. A two story apartment with a very spacious bathroom, a incredibly comfy bed and even movies on television! We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. The breakfast was great, the choice diverse. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, but there are enough other places around to have a good meal, although the neighbourhood can feel a little dodgy at night (especially when you're walking alone). A big plus for the staff: they were very friendly and helpful, fixed our AC within a second and even printed our boarding passes!

Was stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with family (2 rooms, 4 adults, 2 children & a baby) during Nyepi Day. We decided to find a cheap hotel & we didn't expect too much, honestly. The location is so near with Legian, Seminyak & Sunset Road (with transportation, not a walking distance). The room is big & comfortable (2 storey apartment). The bathroom also good, even without a bathtub. Cleanliness is the important thing. Thumbs up for the house keeping !
