Very comfortable
The staff and room were great. Close to many restaurants. Not next to a ton of construction like many of the hotels in the area.

Need to bring mosquito repellent
The hotel is good, it suits with the picture uploaded in Agoda.com. The staff is also helpful. The facilities is good. There's a shower and seated closet. The lighting is enough bright, but needs 1-2 more lamps to be installed in the room. The minus thing is that during the night time, you'll be bitten by mosquitoes. So, you've to cover up yourself with blanket, including your head (which is an uncomfortable sleeping position for me). Better to get/bring mosquito repellent at your pocket. This reservation was also a confusing one, since I made it through Agoda.com and paid full up front with my card, but during my stay my reservation was registered through another site, and it was unpaid. Not sure what happened with the reservation process..

Decent little guesthouse for the price
Small, friendly guesthouse in a good location in PP. The pool is super cold which is nice and the staff were friendly. The room was big, but the aircon did not work so well. Still we were generally happy here for the one night we stayed and would recommended to budget travellers in need of a nicer place in the city with a pool.

Nice room, fairly priced and friendly, helpful staff
Very pretty place, a quiet neighborhood - which could be difficult to get back to at night if you don't know Phnom Penh well. A small but nice pool. Some of the room facilities not ideal - the safe doesn't work well, no socket by the kettle and tea and coffee facilities, breakfast is quite small unless you order one of the egg options. Eg. could add a banana to the cornflakes....

Nice find in BKK1
Friendly, personable service, nicely decorated rooms.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no elevator, but staff insisted they deliver my bags to the third floor. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the grounds are comfortable. There is construction all over the BKK1 area (and SE Asia in general), so expect noise early in the morning.

Quiet hotel in a quiet location
The price was good and the staff were friendly
A good place to relax and see Phnom Penh. A little out of the way, but a few good restaurants and supermarket in the vicinity. The only downside was that the floor always felt a little dirty and dusty, being stone tiles and easily trapping the huge amount of outside grime.

hood experience
view, staff, service
good in general, we are offered a superior room with pool view and a balcony after we booked a standard room from agoda. the staff is very nice, the receptionist helped a lot with advises and her always smiling attitude. the offered breakfast is somehow poor (we chose crepe and omelette) but acceptable. room is clean, we have all we want in the room :) nice experience, recommendable
