“Good but not great ”
Beautiful hotel with a big lobby, work area and provided free drinks for 1 hour each night. Although the hotel looks nice and staff are great, some things to note are they run on central ac which means you may only control some sort of fan that's pushing through air based on what the hotel has set the temperature at for the whole building. We visited in mid November and it was still noticably hotter and we had to sleep with the window open which still wasn't sufficient. Additionally the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from your neighbours walking by to talking in another room. In terms of convenience this location is 15 min walk to the yatai stalls and there's access to bus routes and subway entrances nearby. Also note if you are looking to do laundry it is 300 yen to wash and 100 yen for every ten minutes of drying time. Since the building is shared with another accomodations service (millennials fukuoka) the line could be long and people will quickly move your items to use the machines if you're not there as soon as your items are ready. Overall staff were great, the hotel was visually appealing but the noise and temperature can make the stay uncomfortable.
