Rude ”

The staff at the reception desk was cold and not accommodating. There is no bottled water in the room whatsoever. We were instructed to walk to the other side of the hotel in the game room where a machine sells little bottles for 2.50.... Billy the concierge was really rude as well. I had to stand be his desk for 10 minutes while he was on the phone yelling at someone. Then - without greeting me- told me he was on hold and “so what do you want?” Never seen such a rude concierge! On Sunday morning the alarm clock rang at 6am... and the coffee machine was very dirty so we couldn’t use it. I brought up these issues at check out but the woman at the reception desk really could not care less! For the price of a luxury hotel this is not acceptable.
