room seems clean but with hidden dirty because bad design of toilet vent the curtain have some mold and under glass compartment on bed head have some insect crops inside(they can fix this easily) the toilet vent problem is probably unfix for a longtime maybe.

Amazing Hotel”
We were stayed here only 1night but the we will come back for next holiday. We have booked the family room which the space was bigger as they have two bed room and suitable family travelers. The view of our room was fantastic and good river view even the small hotel but the room decoration style was modern.

communication was so bad”
when I got to here, suddenly the water supply stopped, and the Laos staff told me after one hour it would be fixed, but after 3 hours long waiting, still the same, I requested full refund, but the owner rejected it. at least after a long waiting it was fixed and the owner offered me the cheap breakfast. crazy, it was one day of the one-time-ever-in-my-life vacation.

booked a family room - its 2 adjoining rooms connected to a walkway stair and a shared bathroom. the sliding door to lock the stairs isn't working - suggest to lock individual rooms if heading out. the views in 1 room are spectacular overlooking Laos with plenty of music, lights and random fireworks at night. its a pity that staff tending the place don't know how to speak English.

Dommage que l'accueil soit déplorable. La personne qui gère l'accueil ne parle pas du tout l'anglais, ce n'est pas vraiment ça le problème mais aucun effort est fait, nous devons tout deviner, notamment pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner (soit disant gratuit mais juste du café à disposition) et elle ne nous montre pas où se situe les choses, pour ceci pas besoin de parler anglais, du jamais vu

Chambre familiale gigantesque, bien équipée au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Vue sur le Mekong. Super emplacement, seul problème le casino juste en face côté Laos, qui joue de la musique et tire des fusées jusqu,'à 23h30, couche tôt s'abstenir. ..... Petit déjeuner sommaire

Belle chambre avec superbe terrasse donnant sur le Mékong ( attention car sur la rive du Laos une boite de nuit met de la musique très forte toute la nuit qui s'entend de la chambre ). Personnel sympathique parlant peu voir pas anglais. L'emplacement est très loin de Chiang Saen.

วิวสวยดีค่ะ เป็นตึกแถวแบ่งทำเป็นห้อง ตรงข้ามแม่น้ำโขงเป็นคาสิโนฝั่งลาว เปิดไฟสวยงาม ระเบียงห้องพักเห็นวิวสวย แต่มีกลิ่นฉี่ที่ไหนไม่รู้เลยมาตลอดเลย ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างแคบมาก แต่ไปช่วงตรุษจีนฝั่งโน้นจุดประทัดทั้งคืนเลย
