The place was clean and all I need is available. Thank you so much and keep it up. Google map pointed me to a wrong location. I called their number and helped find the hotel though I was so soaked in the rain. Overall, I love it.

Exceptional”
The place is decent. The bathroom is small. The shower is only half-covered, and the location of the shower is on the side without cover so the toilet area gets wet. There is a bar downstairs so expect to hear the music and the crowd at night. In general, you get the value for your money.

A perfect place to stay in Iligan!”
They also lend me a hand for making my booking early. I want to share something here. It was my first time travelling in Iligan and I've planned on going to Camiguin by friday and stay in Iligan by sunday. But when travelling to Camiguin, the weather is really not good so all the ferry are not operational that time so I called the hotel for advancing my booking, instead of sunday it became friday and really, they are really helpful! They agreed with that scenario. Also, the front desk is really good at giving directions on how to get to the hotel from the Integrated Bus and Jeepney Terminal. For the location of the hotel, it was really accessible to all PUVs especially to the multicabs which travels around the city proper. For the place also has a lot of restaurants, you can ensure that you will not get hungry when you stay late inside the hotel for which the restaurants are still open in night hours, jamming is also a part of the stay wherein on late nights, there's a band playing at a restaurant in front of the hotel and they really sound good! Hope to visit Iligan again soon!

Go for the Loft!”
I loved the loft. I loved the room. It is noisy with the music flowing out and blocking the entrance in the evenings, this was not a problem for us. The hotel don't clean the rooms everyday and often we almost had to beg for clean towels. If i put towels outside the room they were never replaced, i went to the desk and asked sometimes i had to go back after an hour to get towels to shower with. They need to clean the AC filters. But even with the things I mentioned, I will stay again.

A good place to stay”
The room and facilities are okay. The location is perfect once you figure out how close it is to the city proper. The biggest plus for me would be the restaurants surrounding the hotel! You don't have to walk or go to the city proper to eat! It's just right outside your hotel door. The staff are also helpful.

Okay place”
The hotel with the best location in terms of food choices. They also give away coupons for the restaurants beside them. This hotel is kinda new so not much facilities yet. They were dragging our suitcases and boxes when they brought them up our rooms because they don't have the trolley yet. It says on the room description there's a nice view but all we saw was creeks and houses. Nice but small room. I would book this just for the food near the place lol

The place is nice and clean. It would be better though if they will put a hand held bidet sprayer in their comfort rooms. If you want a quiet place to rest, this is definitely not the place for you since the music/band downstairs is on until 11pm.

Best option in Iligan City”
The Loft Hotel is a very nee hotel in Iligan city . The construction is still going on . The smell of the paint is very strong which makes the room stinks . I gave a high rate because this is a new hotel which much more descent than any other hotels in Iligan City with a good value for money . Their suite room has a separate lounge there’s no hotel in Iligan City with a separate lounge and room . Staff is very attentive. We just stayed a night but the room they allocate us had a very bad smell due to the paint so they transferred us to another room this time the room is okay no smell of paint. The location is not too good as my niece can’t find the said hotel . My niece lives in Iligan City for 40 years but she had a difficulty in finding this hotel . Overall, its a decent place to stay in Iligan city . Ps. Room is small but get the suite room much bigger and of course much dearer .

Loud but good value for money”
Pros: - Fast Wi-Fi - Great location as it is close to many restaurants and dessert shops Cons: - the room was next to a bar with live music, so couldn't sleep until midnight ish - the receptionist couldn't find our reservation so she had to call someone. this delayed our check in and pushed back our itenerary for the day

Overpriced ”
The only thing great about this hotel is the location, a lot of restos within walking distance. I was disappointed with my stay here. We had quite a few issues during our stay, sink was clogged, bathroom was too cramped, you cannot sit properly on the toilet because you would bump into the sink. Only 1 towel provided. Tv remote not checked prior, batteries needed to be replaced, sheets were il old and stained, the cable box was hanging from the TV and lastly, they had a non working intercom! We had to go downstairs to their concierge area to have the issues addressed which was inconvenient. We stayed on a Friday night and the surrounding establishments were very loud. I would rate this place a 5 out of 10. For the price I paid, It’s not worth it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not as advertised”
Booked the matrimonial room thinking it would be spacious, but it wasn't. The bed was advertised as queen sized, but I think it was really a full double. It didn't have a closet, and the dresser didn't have a proper seat. Cleanliness was bad too, with a lot of tiny roaches greeting us when we came in. The bathroom was also tiny, such that when you sat on the toilet your could rest your elbow on the sink. The half partition also couldn't keep water away from the floor around the toilet. The hotel also only has a single small elevator (listed as max 4 capacity), which was under repair on the day we checked-in. We had to carry our luggage through 3 flights of stairs. There is also a space just outside the hotel for a band to perform, and the sound from that definitely leaks into the room. The only positive I think is that you have strong water pressure on the shower, and there's a Bo's coffee shop just downstairs (but it's not open 24 hrs -- opens at 9am, not sure how late it stays open).
