One of our best hotel experience ”
The Lombok Lodge has pleasantly turned out to be a five star hotel experience with two thumbs up!!! Our suite is beautifully designed with a modern touch. All room features are thoughtfully put together which made it so easy for us to feel right at home from the very first day. The bed is of a good size, toilet is spacious and the outdoor shower is the best we have tried so far. A great plus point is that we have a panaromic view of the ocean from our suite. Though the Lombok Lodge is a small hotel with only nine suites, they really made up for it through great service and impeccable detail for hotel guests. On good weather days, dinner is served by the pool and under the stars. A fair sized pool with ocean view is great for both sunbathers and avid swimmers. An intimate spa with personalised treatment rounds up the day quite nicely. Food is always a challenge for travellers when you prefer vegetarian cuisine but our request upon check-in did not prove to be an problem at all. Our 5-course dinner was top-notch and we cannot help but wonder what to expect night after night. Breakfast with fresh juice and fresh fruit platter was already more than we could expect but we are served daily with a hearty danish/bread platter plus a main dish of your choice. Our fav is nasi goreng, Lombok style. Big compliments to Chef Jiwa. If you are travellers who like to enjoy the comfort of a good hotel with no urge for shopping or clubbing, Lombok Lodge will be your ideal choice. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Lombok Lodge during this trip and the great service provided by all staff has made our first trip in 2013 an awesome experience. Keep it up and we will be back :)

Our Best Holiday Ever”
This was our first time visiting Lombok. We had decided to stay at the Lombok Lodge although the price is slightly above our budget. We were warmly welcomed by the Hotel staff and were brought around the hotel for a short tour. We definitely loved the place as it is quiet and relaxing. The room was really spacious and perfectly decorated. The staffs were really polite, helpful and friendly. The meals were totally scrumptious. The hotel ensured that we were given the best service – making up the room whenever we were out, providing us with a list of interesting places to visit even though we did not engage them to bring us around. We were also presented a door gift when we left the hotel. Given the chance, we will definite want to come back and stay there again. Totally recommended!

Wonderful Hotel”
we stayed for 2 nights in the lombok lodge with family during my birthday. it has been a very wonderful experience staying in the lodge. the staffs are sincerely helpful and warm. almost each staff can remember and call us with our name. the room is modest, minimalist yet it is spacious and comforting. there are not much activities we can find within the resort (though they do offer activities outside the lodge), however since the intention to enjoy moments with ourselves, then the lodge is the best place to be. we did a trip to 3 gilis arranged by the lodge. the food is great. we very much enjoyed the fine dining. it is served different set of menus each day and crafted by the chef. we do not need to think and select any menus for starter to appetizer. just sit relax and enjoy the dinner being served. overall, it is a unique lodge with excellent services.

Amazing place and staff”
We had an amazing stay at The Lombok Lodge. The hotel is beautiful and the staff made our stay memorable, made me feel like a princess. The food is delicious, my partner who worked in michelin star restaurant as a chef in France was so impressed by the quality and the taste of all the meals we had. We did great activities that the hotel organised for us with really good guides like snorkelling with turtles in Gilli Meno, walked two scenic waterfalls. We also enjoyed the really relaxing massages back at the hotel spa. I highly recommend the Lombok Lodge and hope I will have the chance to go back to this paradise soon.

May I put as 7 stars resort?”
we only stayed for a night but we had more than we thought. welcoming smile made us warmer after sailing from gili trawangan. this is small place but has many facilities such as minibar, swimming pool and beautiful garden. we took many beautiful pictures at almost every part of its modern design. dinner experience was unforgettable. awesome culinary! don't be afraid of hunger when stay here! the relaxing aura can be felt everywhere, in the room, swimming pool, mini bar or the chairs on the sand.ten thumbs for the lombok lodge!

Amazing”
We ended the last two nights of a 7 night trip here at Lombok Lodge as a bit of a treat. It exceeded all our expectations starting from the greeting on arrival, welcome drink and a brief tour of the place. This is not a big resort they only have about 9-10 rooms, so this is more like a quiet retreat. You're pretty isolated in that you can't just walk out and walk around so some people might get bored, but if you just want a quiet, relaxing break in luxury surroundings, this is unbeatable. Prices are NOT cheap. But as breakfast and 5 course fine dining dinner were included, we only had to pay for lunch and extras like the SPA (massage and facial set us back about 180 USD in total). The service is unbelievable though and this is worth the price. Everyone greeted us by name and smiled and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. When we left, the entire staff was lined up at the door to wave us off, including the head chef and manager.

Romantic, luxurious, quality service, sumptious”
Their service was brilliant right from the beginning. We had a welcome drink and upon arrival, were told that there was a cookie bar stationed at the lobby for whenever we had cravings. Little touches like this make a difference.The breakfasts were AMAZING. Imagine - a tower of pastries, with freshly squeezed fruit juice, coffee and tea, the most wonderful eggs benedict, fresh fruit to start the morning. The breakfast servings were so large, they filled up 2 tables! The 5 course meals in the evening were such a treat too. Truly, you feel like a king and queen when you stay at the Lombok Lodge. The rooms were SO GORGEOUS. Modern, clean and with a beautiful view. It was nice that the hotel had its own private jetty. We signed up for a private boating package which included snorkelling around the 3 gili islands. If had to be nit-picky about certain things. I would address these things – firstly, some hidden costs. My husband and I really enjoyed the FOC welcome drinks and lobby drinks given to us sporadically during our stay. They were so tasty, we asked for more, thinking the hotel wouldn’t mind offering an extra serving. However, the final bill included the extra servings (which wasn’t cheap mind you), and that kinda dampened our experience a little. I stay at another high-end resort in Bali and these drinks were given FOC despite the multiple requests. Hiring the private transfer by Lombok Lodge was great but extremely expensive. At 75 USD per trip!Secondly, the powerpoints to plug in handphone charges, laptops etc. were found at very weird and obscure locations in the room. You literally had to kneel down, crouch below to find a row of powerplugs hidden UNDERNEATH the TV console area. Not convenient and a big hassle. Thirdly, when we had dinner at the outdoor bar area. It was very romantic, but there there were a lot of flies drawn to the lights of the candles which started crawling all over the table and into our food. We opted to dine indoors the next nigh

Understated beach-front luxury with surprises”
The white/grey palate of the resort and its waterfront location makes for a beautiful setting, especially for special occasions. From the moment we set foot into the lodge, we were addressed by name and service was top-notch - comparable and even surpassing that offered by large 5-star luxury hotels elsewhere. Dinner, which is included in the rate, is fabulous. Every single dish was crafted with such finesse, and the flavors are so delightful. I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff put on a wonderful fireworks (!) show, as well as song and dance and birthday cake. Unforgettable stay! The spa was excellent as well, and the dark candle-lit rooms make a perfect setting for the ultimate relaxation.

Best Hotel in Lombok”
This hotel provides excellent service with best food provided for breakfast and dinner. You can easily take journey by boat to surrounding islands in Lombok: Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Gili Meno. This hotel is not suitable if you bring children below 3 years, rooms are not designed as child proof and the swimming pool is too deep for children to swim. The beach behind the hotel is rocky and not comfortable for playing. However, you can go to nearby islands if you want to swim and play at the beach

Quality boutique lodging with nice environment”
It was a long journey of nearly 2 hours from the airport to The Lodge. When the car driver presented cold towels and mints before the journey commenced, a good impression is made. The Lodge owners and staff greet new arrivals with a smile and namaste, and their repeat guests warmly. Guests were taken around before being shown their nice quarters. Chef Jiva provides a generous quality breakfast and a lovely 5 course dinner, of which dietary requirements will be taken into consideration. Service staff are alert to the needs of diners in the cosy open setting. A good selection of movies and channels too, in case the weather is too hot to be outside or sudden showers make staying in desirable. Owners make it a point to greet and have short chats with guests. A lovely surprise to receive a farewell gift upon check-out, with staff waving us off, making the departure a sweet one.

the rooms were huge and it was the best accommodation we had out of the 4 hotels we had stayed in lombok. i liked the outdoor shower and the huge toilet. the dinner served was amazing. the hotel had a very chill and relaxing atmosphere.

Faultless service in a beautiful location”
in short, the hotel treat their guests like royalty. the food is world class and i was amazed that they offer a free 5 course meal included in the price of the room. breakfast was also outstanding. the wine list is above average for bali. the hotel is on a small block of land but the space has been used as well as could be expected and privacy is adequate. the activities on offer from the hotel seem fairly expensive by local standards, however once again the service is as good as you will find.

Paradise, tranquil, gourmet.”
Arrived at the delightful paradise at 3.00pm to be greeted warmly by the resort manager Mr Mangsur and Staff. check-in was fast and smooth while settled in the room. The sunrise view from the bed was amazing. The toilet is huge with open air shower with great toiletries... Hermes nothing less. Chef jiwa's food was superb, breakfast in your own balconey and dinners under the stars is something to die for. Came for peace and quiet holiday and objective archieved. Little personal touches were everywhere including supprise birthday cake, song & fireworks.

Pampered and cared in every way; superb service”
Our stay was relaxing, romantic, and full of happy surprises, as we felt pampered and sincerely cared for from check-in to check-out. An example of this was how staff noticed our small struggle with satellite tv reception while they delivered breakfast to our room; they apologized at dinner, and when we returned to our room after dinner, the tv was angled towards our bed, and there sat four DVDs on the bed, with all the remotes alongside. We don't even watch tv that much!

Absolute luxury in paradise”
The staff were wonderful, more than helpful with organising our booking for our return flights to Denpasar, organising our private boat for snorkelling, making us a special birthday cake and singing happy birthday (such a surprise) and making us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious, chef happy to cater for any special dietary needs. The rooms were better than the pictures on the website. Didn't want to leave, couldn't fault it.

it was the end of a 3 day trek up mount rinjani for a group of 4 girls and we were so relieved to get to the luxury of the hotel! the hotel far exceeded my expectations and was just perfect for some much needed r & r! the staff could not have been nicer and the food was excellent! i would definitely go back!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!”
Its a lovely small hotel but perfect in every way. The Staff were amazing, the food excellent and the location is perfect to visit the 3 islands Gili Terawang, Gili Menu & Gili Air. I would very strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely not be disappointed. The only thing missing is a gym.
