i came at 5.30 and my room were not ready yet. i travelled with toddler, it was very dissapointed. the staff are nice but since i did late check in, i asked to check out 30 mnts after the check out time (12.30pm) and they didnt accepted, eventhough they let me to wait for check in

Best Place but need a lot to improve”
If you want to go to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat then this is the best location. But a lot of things needs to be improve including cleanliness and i think the equipment inside. The room is rather old need to be renewed somehow.. the air conditioner is leaking.. Whatchout for the parking bill..

Not recomended.. Stay 4 night and change room 3 time.. Aircond leaking, aircond not working which is very hot, wifi router is not working.. Cockroach is eveywhere.. And the best is the view is facing graveyard... Room not clean and smell

Perfect for getaway”
it's so hard at first to find it. you must go to kebagusan city apartment and head to chrysant tower. there are 5 rooms at 23rd floor dedicated to london living apartment. each room had a name with england's region. the room is small because the size is studio. but inside they have little kitchen, refrigerator, an lcd tv with cable channel (although it's limited) and dvd player. perfect for someone wants to get some private time during hectic days. just bring your own ingredients to cook and enjoy the meal while watching tv. totally cool for solo traveler. there's only one staff but he's very helpful. after you make reservation, before check-in contact the owner first (phone available) to confirm your arrival. if you want to found secluded place in jakarta, you can consider this place and enjoy your time alone, since there are no room service. bring books, laptop and your own dvd to accompany you.

sedikit kesulitan saat mencari lokasi karena di agoda tidak disebutkan bahwa lokasi yg dimaksud adalah apartemen kebagusan city. lokasi kamar ada di lt.23 dr apartemen. kamar tidak terlalu besar (hanya utk 2 orang dewasa) namun dekorasinya cukup menarik. kamar jg sudah dilengkapi dgn tv, dvd serta kitchen set. masukan bagi pemilik agar memberikan nomor telfon yg bisa dihubungi sehingga memudahkan bagi yg ingin stay disini. overall sy cukup puas dgn pelayanan yg sy dapatkan

One Day Escape ..”
A cozy place to escape. My 2.5 years old daughter and me were staying at Russel Square Studio on 16th floor. Eventhough the room is rather small but it's nice and clean. Inside they have little kitchen with necessary utensils, refrigerator, an lcd tv with cable channel (although it's limited and the TV antenna must be placed in unusual place ie on the floor behind the door) and dvd player. I was interested to try staying here coz from the pictures I can see cozy rooms, and there is swimming pool and children playground. Unfortunately when we were there, the kiddy pool was out of order and the playground cannot be used as well. While we were swimming and there was big wind blowing to the developing tower, ashes and dirts were flying out to seroundings. I'm sure in a couple of months this won't be a trouble anymore. After you got your Agoda confirmation voucher, before check-in please make sure you text / contact the owner first (phone available) to confirm your arrival, so that you don't have to wait long.

been there for a few days. it is good place if you want to stay a bit off the busy parts of jkt. connection to airport was fast and staff very helpful. note: room is small but nice and clean. note: on site staff does not speak english well, but any time when needed they call their boss to make translation and solving the problem. do not be scared by this .. they do not offer food. you can cook, so food depends on you

they a put a small manual antenna for the TV because the tv cable doesnt work, a very small and not very clean bathroom and the water heater sometime work, most of the time not, i have to call the room service guy everytime i want to take a bath. but then the owner of the hotel hear about our complains, and he gives us a free english breakfast in the morning. nice gesture. they only have 1 room service guy running round the hall way all the time because there is NO ONE ELSE. poor guy. but it's just a funny experience though, the tv cable, the water heater, but at least we have a good time cooking and swimming. :)

The room is enough for one or two person as traveller or business trip. The facility inside is so clean and tidy. A bit noise from outside because there is a development building site on progress. All staff is polite and very helpful.

Too quiet and nothing around”
There are no restaurants. Good for resting. Not good for walking around as there are no sights. Just and old house and a dying tree. There are shops or anything else to do except to stay in the hotel. And there is no wifi which is very important nowadays.
