Greetings to the management of Lotus Serviced Apartment Hotels TNagar Chennai😊My parents and i stayed at this humble but delightful place from 2nd June till 8th June.Rooms were very clean,comfortable and peaceful.Tried their breakfast and i must say it was delicious.Missing the great taste of the south indian chutneys and the Dosa here.Big pat for the chef and all the kitchen staffs.More than anything i would like to personally praise the efficiency and dedication of the staffs there Mr Dass the duty manager who is always calm and composed and never fails to guide us in everything we ask for. Mr.Kathir who checked us out perfectly at the wee hours because we had to leave at 3.30 am to airport.They are so dedicated that i noted them taking even their dinner so late after finishing up their duties.Special thanks to housekeeping brother Jayaraj who single handedly helped with all our bags.I would like to suggest to have a trolley to help him with the guest luggages in the future.Housekeeping lady Mrs Laxmi cleaned our rooms daily so well and was very accomodative too.Thank you Laxmi 😊.Not forgetting the very friendly security/watchman Uncles.Uncle Perumal and Sagayam who were super friendly and very helpful in getting us cabs and autos right at the door step since my Mom was having difficulty in walking post knee surgery.Special mention to Mrs Kalai 😊who went all out to give us the best service through out our stay there.Thanks a million Kalai.All hotels need staffs like you.Would like to just mention that the refrigerator wasnt cold enough and could be looked into and hope all the bags at the counter to be tagged to avoid confusions in the future.In a nutshell it was a lovely stay here with friendly warm staffs.8/10 is my rating and definitely looking forward to come back for another pleasant memorable stay.P/S all the staff need pay raise for their dedication and hardwork certainly 😊🙏Nandri Vanakam-Dr.Lalitha Malar Maniam Malaysia

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Very nice and clean hotel. Location is just 10 mins away to T Nagar. Lots of auto available right in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and very attentive too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here with my parents for 20 days and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is very central, with shopping precinct just 10-15 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend!

The staffs were very friendily and attentive. The reception lady and manager, Mr Dass were so wonderful to allow late check out. Facility is clean and all items in spacious rooms work (hot water, aircon, cable TV)! Complementary water bottles everytime at request. Definitely my hotel.of choice in T. Nagar. Walking distance to TTD temple, Krishna Sweets, Himalaya Store and Dindugal Thalapakathi. Aauto ride to Hyper Potthy is only INR50 one way. Highly recommnended. 👍👍👍👍👍 Too bad my room package did not include breakfast. Had a peak inside the cafe, looks neat and clean despite not so big. Will surely include it in my next stay there. 😊😊😊

To go to tirupati by Andhra Pradesh Tourism, APTDC , this hotel is just three building away so leaving early morning for tirupati and returning back at 9 pm, this is the best option of hotel in T nagar. affordable and very clean. We booked a junior suite. Hotel was well located nearby t.nagar - you can just walk to shopping areas. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We were taken good care of by the hotel management who ensured all our children had towels and mattress to sleep. Good spread of breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.
