THE LOV PENANG is a 4 storey BED & BREAKFAST Villa at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
IT is just 900 meter from PENANG airport (2mins drive / RM5 by GRAB) &
1km away from PISA CONVENTION CENTER.

THE LOV PENANG is suitable for a Big Group that sleeps comfortably: 33pax with bed .
With 10 unique rooms, u can also opt to rent by room instead of whole VILLA too.
Whole VILLA ranges between RM1700-RM2200
&IF your rate between RM120-RM270 that is PER ROOM RATE.
YOU may use all the same amnesties even if u are renting just the room.

Take note, Housekeeping is only done upon check out or special request at certain fees.

TV, Fridge, Microwave, Water Kettle, cooker and cutleries is provided.
However u are required to do own washing upon using.
The fully aircon dining area is cosy and suitable for meeting too. This is the best part of the Villa.

The Living area is really beautiful with antiques from the owners family collections and
collections of heritage photos and items.
THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY A HEAVEN FOR SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY PEEPS!

WE provide 2 space for smokers, that is at the SKYDECK AREA ( 4th floor open space)
and at the Porch area (Outdoor).

Besides the beautiful deco and comfortable bed this villa also comes with 2000 sq ft empty space.
BY END February we will have a swimming pool at this space.
with the swimming pool , guests can still park 10 cars inside and up to 30 cars outside the Villa.

The space can also be rent out for Events such as Family day , Reunion or Wedding purpose.
For wedding it will be a seperate charges and deposit required. We can arrange a one stop wedding solution upon request too.

We also have a caretaker in the Villa and the villa is monitor via CCTV 24 hours for your safety here :)

不如预想的美好”

看似租下一个单位，其实只是一个三层平地屋所分出来的一个房间。地点有些偏僻，四周没什么人迹，要解决三餐需要开车。优点是离机场不远，屋里每个角落都有摆设和打灯效果，适合喜欢拍照的朋友。饭厅设计如cafe，挺喜欢。
