Superb”

Clean modern and excellent location for me in a quiet area. It is much more of a serviced apartment than a hotel - that is a bit misleading if you are expecting a hotel.
My bathroom was across a hallway that the other guests had access to which wasn't clear in the Booking.com ad & was not communicated to me on any of the hotel comms. (of which there was lots so he had ample chance to tell me) As a lone female traveler that didn't sit well with me. In the middle of the night I had to get dressed to go to the loo which disturbed sleep & wasn't enjoyable and I always felt anxious that I was going to meet someone coming in the front door since it was right next to my bathroom! There should be a sign on this bathroom to say 'private' or only for use of that room. So really - anyone can access it with no issue on their way in or out the property. I would stay again but only if I had an en suite.

Located in a leafy suburb of Islington, the Luxury Inn has been thoughtfully imbued with elegance and calm and kitted out with just about everything the discerning traveller could wish for. The bedroom space was really comfortable and the breakfast /living room divine. The owner James was very considerate, accommodating and communicated excellently!

Home from home style accommodation”

The property consists of three rooms downstairs, an open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room upstairs and one further room just off the shared space. The property is located in a trendy neighbourhood with a pub next door, however no noise from the pub reached us and we slept peacefully. The bed was very comfy. We were provided with a self service breakfast of fruit, cereals, bread for toast, fruit juice and a nespresso machine.
Because we had the room off the shared space we were aware that we were at the mercy of other guests regarding noise during their use of the kitchen/sitting room area because it is a loft style space and any noise - even normal talking volume - echoes and carries. However, everybody else staying was respectful and didn't use it late at night/early in the morning. The room was warm - a fan was provided but air con would be a worthwhile investment.

Facilities, Freedom to come and go as you like and dine on own time and in leisure. Central location on good public transport routes. Easy access. Peter very helpful and friendly.
Decor could do with freshening up. Floor tiles need replacing. No AC in bedroom. Uncomfortable pillows.

Convenient place to stay for a couple of days”

Place looks really nice. Everything was really clean and tidy. Self service breakfast was more than convenient since you have plenty of freedom and choices for yourself. Location is good in a quiet neighbourhood.
Room number 1 was tiny. If you are travelling with big luggage is impossible to open it inside the room with no complications. Unfortunately during our stay a heat wave was in London and room temperature was awful, you cannot adjust it but I assume that temperature is not a common thing in town.

A hidden gem in Hackney! Fabulous, good value accommodation and James the proprietor was lovely.”

The Luxury Inn exceeded all expectations! Set in an unassuming residential area in Hackney, the guesthouse is like a Tardis with a chic, modern style.The room had a patio door opening out into a small courtyard which was nice to look out onto and feel the fresh air coming in. The private bathroom just outside the room was similarly chic and clean. The lounge and kitchen was beautifully light and airy, with a generous stock of different teas.Continental breakfast was self service and was again well stocked. The best way to get to the guest house is the number 38 bus from Victoria, which brings you to just around the corner. The buses are handier than the trains. Use your mobile mapping app for bus information.
No complaints but just as an advisory, the courtyard is shared by the room next door so don't stand in front of the patio doors in the buff!

The room was little but clean and tidy. The neighborhood is great.
A lot of light in the bedroom in the morning. We were filmed in the common room, and nobody told us that. So I did my morning workout and took my beakfast in front of a camera.
