The bus stop near the M-hotel provides easy access to the whole of international drive, and other tourist destinations in Orlando, by taking the I-ride green trolley bus. Ticket sales are $9 unlimited ride for 5-days which is much cheaper than taking Uber or Taxi.

The pros close to everything on I-Drive but the cons no door on the bathroom a curtain covers half the bathroom no door on the shower two towels how is a family supposed to use only two towels $25 excessive trash fee and leaving a $100 cash for a deposit I felt was ridiculous if you used a credit card for this deposit it took 4 weeks to get a refund parking lot was not lit up very well and they put me in the back of the hotel with a child and I had to walk in a dark parking lot

OUTDATED AND SHABBY”
I arrived and the check in girl couldn't multi-task.. They argued with another visitor checking in about the rate. The persons phone was dead and the check in girl acted like she couldn't assist me until the other persons phone charged.. I checked in... got to the room and it was the wrong room. I reserved and payed for poolside.. I got parking lot side. get to appropriate room and I felt disgusted.. If that is a "renovation" then this place really needs HELP.. The screw that held the door latch into the door was missing.. Door wouldn't close unless you pushed in the hardware.. The AC blew baby breathes of air.. Room was hot. They spray painted right over the furniture... It looks utterly TACKY.. The elevators are located so far away from rooms. and they are sleezy, NO AC, dimly lit hallways and some questionable guest loitering.. It was cheap and on I-Drive but I would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Spend the few extra bucks and go elsewhere

Only down side is they require a cash deposit of $100.00 -- not everyone carries $100.00 on them and finding an ATM is a challenge when you get in to town late.

Like every other review, I'm certain, this place is a dump! And the advertised price is a scam, they charge $9/day cleaning fee and do not clean. Plus, they have a list posted with incredibly high fees for nearly everything except the free brochures in the lobby. Seriously! The "breakfast" is a joke. I suggest staying here for the storytime experience of having stayed in one of the worst hotels ever.

I have many pictures to send you that shows this hotel is horrible and it flooded everyone to leave the next day and they wouldn't give us a refund I have many pictures if you have somewhere I can send them so I can get a fair refund. That would be the right thing to do. I told this wasn't very nice room the king size room and the shower head was falling off there was mold on the walls there was peeling on the walls a mold spot in corner up-top in the AC unit wasn't in good condition. And I'm very allergic to mold. Please send me a text and I can send you the pictures of the hotel room so maybe you can give me a refund that would be the right thing to do. I'm going to go above and beyond this in it's not going to look good

Nightmare, worst ever!”
Warning, it is a scam, they charged us extra money at checking and then try to make is sign that we were in a room we did not even sleep in. The breakfast is a joke and the hotel smells and is dirty. The staff was beyond rude. My husband travels 60% of the time and said this was by far the worst, staff, hotel and service he had ever experienced. They have 3 price lists of all the items, I.e. Missing washcloth, $15, missing bed $xxx. It looked like a good neighborhood, but based on the price lists, we figured it must be dangerous and have a high crime rate. Seriously horrible place!,,

We stayed here because it was the cheapest. You get what you pay for. The rooms were not that nice-looked like paint just slapped on the walls. A little mold in the bathroom (and we were lucky by all accounts that we had a door). A cockroach in the bathroom. Some of the lights didn't work. The towels were very worn and very old. Our door had a gap between the frame and door so you could see outside!

Its was probally the worst hotel i ever stayed in there was some type of flat sqaure shape contianer that fell of the celling of the shower from closing the door ”
Housekeeping came very early in the morning for service and i was still sleeping the lady started trying to open with woke me up and told her to come back at 11:30 but she didnt come back also the door was not easy to open i had to jab the key in there until turned green but i still had to push the handle alway down hard to open it there was one time i had to go to the office to get the key working cause the door wasnt open (tried at least 15 to 20 time) the vending machine my money and didnt give me by cany.......Dont recommond EVER!!!!!!!!

The staff was terrible. The room only had a shower curtain separating the bathroom from the room. 4 cockroaches were in the room. Whole place was dirty. The breakfast was a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. Needed $100 cash deposit to stay. Just a complete terrible experience. I would rather sleep in the backseat of my car than ever stay at this dump again

The front desk is rude and impolite. Their english is bad. They even don't know what is tissue or toilet paper. The room is extremely dirty. I perfer to sleep in tent rather than sleep on their bed.

dirty, no door or wall to toilet or shower. shower did not work. under construction and new management. pool and area were filthy. i was there for approximately 12 hours instead of 5 nights. asked for an immediate refund minus the 1 night via email and received no response or refund.
