Awesome place to stay”
I was staying with my wife and daughter between 20-22 Apr 2023, I took turbojet from Hong Kong to Taipa terminal, Hotel provided free shuttle bus between terminal and hotel, however the schedule did not match my arrival time, so I took LRT instead. And the travel duration between terminal and closest station for hotel was just around 15 mins, then walk ahead around 10 mins to hotel. I had been paid the room upgrade fee to racecourse view with balcony, I could see the whole racecourse and part of the sea view which really awesome! Room was so nice and quiet, and special the elsafe was designed like a jewellery box and it really much more better than rest of the hotel just put the elsafe at the ground near main door. Even there was not much shop around the hotel, they do a small convenience store right at hotel lobby. I would like to appreciate Hotel Front office Manager-Mr. Ronald Jim regarding some unpleasant experience happened during the stay, and Ronald did a quick response and show much courtesy, I am sure I will stay this hotel again in next time. Highly recommend if you like quiet environments.

Best Deal in Macau!”
I stayed here 3 years ago prior to the pandemic. In 2019 it was a great deal even though I paid more than double the current price! The room, the pool, the restaurants are all first class despite the smaller size of the hotel. I was especially pleased with the Japanese restaurant despite some original trepidation. It is natural to think sushi might not be so fresh considering a reduced number of customers. But I was wrong! Everything was delicious!

Nice and clean with good view but not near other places. Taxi about 30MOP to Galaxy hotel. Worth the money if you wanted to stay somewhere nice and quiet hotel.

An experience beyond expectations!”
The room was very comfortable and stylish. We were upgraded to a corner room with a great view. The smart room allowed us to control the lights and curtains. The lobby has a sushi restaurant, breakfast restaurant, and convenience store. There were plenty of taxis outside, and it only took a few minutes to walk to the bus and train stations. Compared to other expensive hotels, I would choose this one again next time.

Recently renovated”
Don't be fooled by the oldish look from the outside. The inside has been entirely renovated will nice modern rooms. Also great value for a true 5 star hotel.

Convenient shuttle service”
Although the hotel provides shuttle bus service, I couldn't catch it because I arrived late. I couldn't wait and chose to go on my own. I walked a few minutes from the checkpoint to the bus terminal and took the MT4 bus to the hotel, which took only 20 minutes to get to the hotel. After getting off the bus, it only takes a 2-minute walk to get there, which is more convenient than I imagined. The hotel design is very good and suitable for taking pictures, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We did enjoy our stay in Roosevelt. The view is beautiful and the receptionists are helpful. The most awesome place is the balcony as it's not easy to stay in a hotel room with balcony at such a low price.

Nice hotel and easy access to light rail station. The design room is nice and clean We take a walk along the Lotus Cycling track in the afternoon .

Fantastic pool , feel like South East Asia”
Great pool , hotel can reach by Macao Light Rapid Transit. We had lot of fun at the pool for the whole afternoon . Hope the yoga class will resume later for hotel guest
