Very clean, very comfortable, great location to the beach, personal beach access.
The codes did not work to get in our room or the fitness center so we had to call to get new codes. The 2nd bathroom needs to be updated ASAP and the wooden stairs to the beach need a little work.

-didn’t have WiFi for 5 days -didn’t have cable for 5 days -I had to purchase a blow dryer because it was advertised that one was provided -dishwasher sucked and we could not figure out how to use -disappointed having no Keurig

THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE. AFTER BOOKING ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, THE DAY WE ARRIVED AS WE WERE COMING DR FAR, WE ARRIVED AT 1PM AND I CONTACTED THEM TO SEE IF WE COULD ENTER BEFORE, THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT AT 4PM WHICH IS EXPECTED BECAUSE THE REGULATION SAYS SO. 3 HOURS LATER THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE THAT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THE ACCOMMODATION BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION ... THE HISTORY IS LONG .. BUT TO SUMMARIZE, I TELL YOU THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE. THEY MADE ME LOSE 4 HOURS TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION WITH 8 PEOPLE WAITING INCLUDING 2 MINOR GIRLS .. THANKS FOR HACERMW SPENDING THAT MOMENT.

Had a great time but wish I had stayed someplace else for the money spent. Not worth it it.”

Location was fantastic. Kitchen was great. In unit laundry a bonus. Quiet area.
Cleanliness. Tub had mold in jets, piles of sand that had not been swept up. TV’s in Spanish and way to fix no directions to use TV/cable. Patio door was hard to open other door did not open. No extra lock on door. Chain but nothing to attach it too. Ceiling in master had black stains. Ceiling in living room coming down. I have pictures of it all to help out. Plus description on site is incorrect

I would not recommend .”

Our dishwasher didn’t work, no broom to clean. One bed was broken, three light switches did not work, one lamp was broken, the wall pillar beside the balcony was cracked and debris all over the floor, and our keypad stopped working so we had to wait for maintenance to call a locksmith and come . On the bright side the window was unlocked so I could open the door , but the down side was ….the window was unlocked and none of us had touched it. Was not worth the nearly 2,000$ I paid for for three nights.

Got what we expected for the price”

Location was fantastic, the pool and grilling areas were nice
Our condo was pretty rundown. Things falling apart, beds weren’t great- just sheets on the bed- bedspreads were in the closet and definitely dated. But the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, family room was comfortable, view from deck was good.
