Good Day I went to this property they told me there is no booking own my name.I showed him the mail confirmed booking.Gary told me there is booking in his record.I have run around and found other room to sleep.Which cost me lot hassles I paid for that property /Please refund my money ASAP.

You get what you pay for”

This guest house has huge potential. Lovely garden, bird feeders/lots of birds around/nice pool, etc. But we wouldn't stay here again unless they improve several things. We really felt "nickle and dimed" as when we 1st arrived the only coffee was cheap Ricoffy (in a more expensive instant coffee - Nescafe - bottle), the only milk was bad-tasting long-life milk, there was no real butter and it seemed like everything else as well, from the food to the toilet paper, was the cheapest on the market. They did provide better coffee (but still instant coffee, and sadly still with long life milk) when we asked - they certainly did try, but didn't quite reach the level we wanted. We'd rather pay slightly more per night and not get the cheapest of everything. Security was at times an issue when the gate didn't work and the guard wasn't there. This was sorted out fairly quickly both times it happened, though.

One staff member in particular needs to be trained on how to balance being friendly or making jokes and being professional at the same time. One of the comments which offended my partner was "did you guys meet on Facebook?".
