Currently staying and couldn’t wait to review. Wow!!! This boutique hotel is AWESOME!!! My husband, kids and I haven’t gone in a hotel since the pandemic happened so basically, this is our first night out of home. Everything is great. The room is beyond pictures. It’s clean and spacious. Of course, I did my own sanitizing, but I can say that they clean the room thoroughly. Before the pandemic, I made it a point to always sanitize the room. I can see dirty locks or switches, even aircon and TV remotes. But not The Mansion. Very clean. FAMILY FRIENDLY. I think couples will like it too here. The place is just lovely. We were able to swim (they have 2 pools, not crowded), play in the playground, roast marshmallows at night, watch a movie outdoors, etc. Food is okay too. Though they lack a lot of food items in the menu, they were so apologetic. We ordered cocktails via room service and I am happy with how it turned out. Can’t wait tomorrow morning. But their gem really is their people. All accomodating, kind and sincere. Everyone that I encounter greets me. It is so nice to experience this on a pandemic. I am checking rates for August as I celebrate my 40th birthday. I think this is the place where I want to be on that special day. The Mansion is highly recommended. It’s the kind of break I think I deserve for working so hard. 😊😊😊

Our Perfect Family Quick Getaway ”
Our family of 12 was initially looking for a quick getaway close to Malolos Bulacan. We came across The Mansion via Agoda and glad we chose this place! We arrived on a Friday afternoon and was raining really hard. Though the main entrance of the hotel didn’t have any covered pathway, 3 of their staff members welcomed us with big umbrellas. We were then greeted with welcome drinks. The check-in was quick. Bigger rooms are located on the second floor. Since it was heavily raining, and the stairs are also outdoors, we needed to be assisted again with umbrellas. One of the 3 rooms we booked had a puddle of water as a result of a clogged drainage. The staff was quick to clean up the room and resolved the drainage issue. The rain stopped after an hour. Thank God! ☺️ Our 3 kids immediately jumped into the pool while the adults enjoyed some ice cold beer and their sumptuous selection in the menu. As soon as it became dark, the outdoor movie was setup plus a popcorn machine served for free! We also enjoyed the bonfire but had to purchase marshmallows for 200 pesos per pack. We also enjoyed the game room playing billiards and air hockey. The kids enjoyed watching another movie indoor. The following morning, we played the life size chess after enjoying yet another sumptuous breakfast. One last dip in the pool then we checked out. We highly recommend The Mansion for your next staycation ☺️

All of their staffs are exceptional. They will go out of their way to help/assist us. All were very courteous, accommodating & attentive to our needs. Amenities are great for families and groups. They even have something extra for the kids when we were there. If you have small kids, no need to worry while they are swimming as lifeguards will keep an eye on them. Foods prepared by their chef/kitchen staffs were sumptuous. Don’t miss to try their pizzas, we tried out the protein-packed pizza and ended up ordering for another pan! Their breakfast set are very delicious as well! We even roamed around the area with the rental-free bike provided. It was really peaceful around and very relaxing atmosphere. When we were there, wifi was kinda slow but it was not a problem for us since we went there to relax and spend quality time with our small family. Very clean, well maintained, great amenities & great staffs. We really had a great time! See you again! More power!

Feels like living in a mansion!”
It was a last minute decision to book a room on Jan 1 on our way to QC from the NYE at Morong. We’re glad to upgrade to a family suite with a masters bedroom and double bed set up in the living room. The room is spaceous complete with TV, ref, coffee corner, etc. We love spending time swimming, they have kiddie pool and another one for adults. We are also fortunate to experience bonfire while watching movie with popcorn at the field because it was a Saturday. The lady receptionist was nice, easy to deal with and apologetic as we wait for more than an hour to have our room upgraded. They allowed us to extend the next day to offset the lost time and even allowed us to enter the original room we booked so we can settle and rest. The kids love the mini playground and my brother enjoyed his morning jog at their oval. They also have indoor recreational rooms but we’re scared of covid so we prefer the outdoor playground. We woke up around 8 and the breakfast place was jammed pack. We did not realize that customers from the villas on the other side will be joining us for the buffet. We thought they have their own space. The breakfast food is okay, I appreciate they wanted to offer something fancy but not sure if everyone likes the beef with bellpepper, creamy chicken and stir fried tofu, I suggest to stick with the basic meat. However, we enjoyed the omelette and the brownies. I just wish they have bigger space considering the covid situation so we can practice social distancing. Other than the breakfast, the rest of our stay felt safe as the rooms have been thoroughly sanitized, the deluxe rooms and family suites area are not fully occupied. It was a luxurious short getaway.

The Mansion is just superb! The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. We were 10 families and we did not encounter any issues at all. They were very responsive in all our inquiries. Both adults and kids enjoyed! Their playrooms were just awesome! The lifeguards were very attentive. The location is great because it was near the restaurants. The kids enjoyed the bonfire with marshmallow roasting and smores. The movie night was a good experience too! The rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was normal though. But overall, we really had a great time! Thank you The Mansion, best hotel ever as what our kids said while playing at the trampoline :)

I highly recommend The Mansion to families who wanted to take a little time off their busy schedules to have fun and relax and just reset. The facilities are really clean. The room is homey. The staff are very friendly. We requested an additional blanket for my older kid and they gave it to us for free. All our requests were attended to. The kids particularly enjoyed the game room, especially the billiard table. Every corner is instagrammable. Compared to other hotels that we've been to, breakfast selection may be improved. However, it's a plus point to me that they allow the kids to take out the pastries and bread which were not eaten in the restaurant free of charge. I think this is very practical. We paid for them anyway. And we also reduce food wastage. We will definitely go back.

Superb stay”
My family with friends stayed at The Mansion after going to Aquaplanet for a night as our kids really enjoyed our stay as there are couple of activities to do like movie night with free popcorn (with an optional roasted marshmallows in a bonfire), open playground, play room, bicycles and a pool which is prestined clean. Adults enjoyed peaceful night having beers served by super friendly waiters. Food was great with decent price. We enjoyed the brick oven baked pizza, hummus and buffalo wings. They also have a wide selection of breakfast buffet and even served unlimited dutchmill and chuckie for the kids. Room was really cozy and super clean but with really tiny shower/toilet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Best For Family Travels and Staycation”
The mansion is a family-friendly hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It was clean and had enough room for me to do a very important research defence, the internet was not quite working but the staff did everything they could to make sure that my internet connection would work on the day of the meeting. The villa was large enough for 8 to 10 people. It was quiet because we came on a weekday. My kids enjoyed the grounds while I was working. The place is amazing for kids who love to do outdoor activities. I will surely book again for another staycation. I would rate this place as a ten.

Worth the money and luxurious stay!”
We really love our stay and it is a great experience we felt like we are at home. It is worth the money and you will not regret staying here. Cons - the food was not that great but just fine and a bit pricey. (the only thing which makes me not to focus to it is because of the quality of the room and facilities because you cannot ask for more!) There is also free buffet breakfast the food was just mid range but its okay as it is part of the room we availed. Grab is allowed as there are nearby food locations in case you want to eat something else and they don't charge anything. The location is very good and secure plus it is exclusive. Parking is also great they even have stands if ever you are staying in Villas like us but I'm not sure if you need to pay extra so your parking can be reserved too. Over all it was a superb experience and we plan to go back here! Great service!!

Quick Weekend Getaway”
Booked here as the place was recommended by a friend, and we’re happy we pushed through as The Mansion did not disappoint. They have courteous staff and clean rooms. We were lucky to have one of the pools to ourselves when we swam in the morning. The included breakfast was okay too. The place is quiet and peaceful with plenty of activities for everyone. They have a playground, bicycles of rent and huge open space. The place is also near Clark City (Dinosaurs Island, Insectlandia, my kids enjoyed here!), Clark Safari, Aqua Planet, etc. Would definitely come back here again. Highly recommended!

This Hotel is awesome! Very clean and the staff are all friendly and always there to assist you. They are always cleaning and sweeping the floors. Rooms are big with King size bed. They have a lot of things to do for the whole family. They have a play area for kids, indoor and outdoor. And indoor game room for adults. Food was great as well. Swimming pools are clean. We stayed 3 days at first. Then came back for another 3 days. My son didn't want to go to another hotel. He just love this place!

I haven't seen even a small bug in the villa during my two nights. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, and a hair dryer is provided upon request. 4 instant coffee, 4 green tea (tea bags), 4 mineral water are provided everyday. If you call a cart when going to a restaurant, it comes right away within 5 minutes. At night, outdoor cinema gives free popcorn. There are 2 places for swimming (5 swimming pools in total).Towels can be borrowed free of charge at the pools. There's a kids play room, but it's so so. I used the free bicycle rental in the early evening. Our check-in was a little late due to the late check-out of the previous team, but we received a polite apology from the staff. Also, we had no complaints about late check-in as she took appropriate action. I was worried about menu for breakfast because of the reviews that it was not tasty, but it was better than expected. Breakfast is included in the room price. There were families with children on both sides of our villa room, and there was no noise at night. Soundproofing was better than expected. Definitely willing to visit again next time.

We enjoyed our stay in the “The Mansion”. Staff were very hospitable, they greeted us everytime. The hotel is a great venue to enjoy the family. The have facilities that encourages bonding. My son enjoyed the biking activity, large chess game, billiard and the like. The pool is nice, and clean. They have staff to assist and monitor guests in the pool. Its quite far from other establishments and its around 20 mins by car to SM City Clark. The good thing about this hotel is spaciousness. They are very kind in terms of room space. We booked a Family Room good for 6 and another one good for 8. They gave us, not a room but it seemed like a house. I has two floors on both, and on the first floor was a dining room with a couch and smart TV. It also has its own lawn where you can access the running track. On the 2nd floor, there are two rooms and a common bathroom. Its both spacious and one has a balcony. The kids loved the playground and the playroom!! The only downside is their breakfast -- it can do better.

The place is great! Perfect for family staycation. Quiet and serene place, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and neat. The villas are perfect for big families. The foods are tasty like truffle pasta, artichoke dip, and beef saalpicao. Lots of activities like biking, swimming, tennis etc.. they have game room and playroom.

Staycation to Celebrate Birthday and Valentine”
It was quite an unforgettable experience! We were greeted by a surprise birthday ensemble prepared on our bedroom and my son was in joyful tears due to this surprise! Service is excellent, room service, and in the pool area. The facilities are well maintained, and movie night out in the grass was very memorable. We enjoyed cycling, walking around, the play room. Food could be better, though; it was a hit and miss for us. Considering the price point, some are spot on delicious, but some are let down. We intend to go back and book a bigger villa along with our relatives.

PERFECTION!”
We came in early because we had to leave Manila as we were color coded that day. When we arrived, our room was ready...at 8am! Amazing! The place is very child friendly from the outdoor movie, to the bonfire, to the giant chess set, plus we had fun exploring the area with their free bicycles! The pool was great. Breakfast was awesome as they really have the kids in mind, with child friendly brands for breakfast such as Yakult, Chocolait, DutchMill. Everyone was friendly, the hotel is new, the amenities are perfect. We will definitely go back! The place is also picturesque and Instagrammable! We had a perfectstaycation!

The value for money is just right (my family and I earn a little more than enough to have a vacation every now and then). However, in terms of paying for food ordered, I wish they would charge for all of the purchases AT THE END of the stay and not every single time the guests orders. It gives the impression of it being a regular restaurant with a guest that doesn't happen to be staying there. The facilities are lovely and very quaint. The staff are friendly but I feel they could do with a bit of training - training in terms of service at the restaurant. They're still pretty slow by my standard though I'm not saying they have to sprint and be callous with their service. Service can still be good and fast. Not every customer has the same level of patience and so it would be better if they could be a bit faster and more alert with their service. The slow service gives me the impression that there are a decent amount of servers but only ONE chef inside prepping the meals. If there truly is only one in the kitchen, then the hotel ought to hire another (mercy on the meal prepper, please). Same goes for giving requested items to guests who make requests from their rooms regardless of how near or far the room is. Location-wise, it's all right. The facilities are great but I wish there were more sitting areas with some shade (that comes in the form of flowy drapes, a nice-looking wood panel above or something pleasing to the eye if guests feel the need to look above their heads) around the area where they have the swings, the bonfire place and the giant chess board. The rooms are nice and cozy but I wish there were more channels in the TV and tables in all the rooms (my relatives from another room had to drag the nearest table outside their room just to be able to use one in their room). With the bathroom, perhaps an extra floor rug would do good for the guests who hang wet swimsuits by the hooks so that the water doesn't spread to the floor and make it damp and yucky.

Nice Near Family Getaway”
Decided to book this hotel at the last minute. Glad I took the risk since it was not familiar to me. One sure thing that got my attention was their night activities like that of movie watching which I knew my kids would love. I also like the fact that they have kids’ playground as well as bicycles for complimentary use. Their pools, though small was a great relaxation to us especially to my kids. Their breakfast was nice and filling too. Definitely worth our first try here. Also, their staffs were very accommodating and responsive to my queries especially when I requested for a teepee hut for my kids. Just love it! Thanks!

Currently still here in the mansion for a staycation. Love the ambience, so peaceful. Big open spaces for walking/ jogging, two big pools, there’s a view of the mountains, lots of trees. Breakfast is good. The staff are courteous, friendly and are always cleaning so 5 star for cleanliness. If you want to escape the busy and noisy city, this is the perfect place.
