Comfortable , Pleasant , Safe”
My stay at the Sarabia Manor Hotel was very pleasant and comfortable . The hotel is close to SM Mall ( SM City ) where my girl friend likes to shop and visit the cinema . The hotel is a large international style hotel with large outdoor pool frequented by local families . The restaurant at the hotel provides a good hot buffet breakfast and even has marmalade ! There is a busy main road to City Proper outside the Sarabia Manor Hotel and plenty of passing taxis to provide transport . Also there are a large number of ' People Carrier ' open side vehicles which stop outside the hotel and provide transport for minimal cost . Close to the hotel there are many nice local restaurants which I frequent when in Iloilo such as ' Ocean City ' and ' Dive Road ' . Some restaurants are within close walking distance too .

A good place to stay for a short period of time.This is quite an old style hotel, don't expect much.”
Location: will take 5-10 mins to get to SM Iloilo, River esplanade, Gaisano mall, Plazuela de iloilo & other places to go around Mandurriao. May take Jeepneys from the hotel for a city for only 7php. The highest fare we paid during our stay is only 9php. Room & amenities: room for two is big enough & very clean. However, bedsheets & pillow covers are not that "white" clean. I'm expecting the same cleanliness I saw from Andana resort but unfortunately, i didn't get that. Same thing with the towels. The ambience is a quite old. Fridge is not working. We didn't try it though but when we opened it, looks like it ain't gonna work at all. Restroom: Clean but outdated facilities. Hot & cold shower is not automatic. You'll need to turn the knob of the hot & cold shower & adjust to get the desired temperature of the water. We asked for a dipper/tubby to get a good shower since the shower head can't spill water properly. Water spills everywhere. Food: very good serving buffet. Good options too

I had a very good stay. For the price it was good: all amenities aircon, hot/cold water, cable TV, quiet, proximity to good restaurants outside, but in hotel there is access to inexpensive breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets with 2-3 items local cuisine and other international items. Overall, I had a good, quiet comfortable stay with ready access to public transportation and there is hotel shuttle to airport if needed. I would use this hotel again! upon arriving one is greeted by polite and diligent concierge as well as a couteous and prompt reception desk. the room was large and clean as was the bathroom. there was more than enough closet space and a refrigerator large enough to handle 4 days of groceries. the beds were comfortable and the hallway was so quiet i felt as if we had the floor to ourselves. the only things keeping me from giving this place a 5 star rating was a smaller than normal t.v. and no coffee-maker in the room. however , wi-fi is available in the rooms ,restaurant ,and poolside and the hotel's free buffet was more than enough to keep one full til suppertime. the hotel is a mere 3 blocks walking distance to the esplanade ,a new walking park alongside the iloilo river, and a 5 minute jeepney ride to sm city ,the city's premiere mall. if you're visiting for more than just sitting in the room to watch t.v. ,then sarabia manor will provide you with a relaxing stay while in iloilo.

great stay at this wonderful hotel. very near the city center of iloilo, restaurants and places to visit nearby. the rooms are big and breakfast is really hearty. transportation is never a problem as taxis regularly ply this route. i would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. great value for money.

Safe City - Nice Hotel”
stayed here many times - iloilo city i consider a safe place to stay. the room was clean and staff always happy to help. sarabia is up market but not makati - manila but its a hotel i like to return to as my base for trips around panay. breakfast is 100% local but other food (english) is cooked on request. very happy with my stay full marks to the sarabia staff

Full service hotel with extensive event facilities”
we found serabia to be a good choice for visiting iloilo, which is not one of the most heavily visited philippine tourist spots. the facilities are satisfactory, and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. the hotel property has several reataurants which we found worth visiting, and a recently opened shop has a great selection of locally made crafts. the serabia family, founders and still owners of the hotel, are well known within the country for their multiple generations of ophthalmologists and optometrists, as well as a chain of optical shops.

Exceptional”
We stayed at the Mansion during the Dinagyang festival last year and it was great. Today we brought the whole family with their spouses. I love the name The Mansion but not only that the staff were really good. The only thing is that because if the festival the guard would play the beat of the drum early morning. I hope they would start a little later to give us a little bit longer rest..

Nice Hotel”
the hotel was nice and new. rooms were comfortable and clean. there was a pool where we could relax. the pool is open til 10pm, so one can just chill out after a day of touring around the city. the deluxe room had a small ref, flat tv, aircon, 1 queen and 1 single bed. i would give the hotel facilities and amenities 5 stars, a lot better than what i expected. the location is close to the ferry terminal and not far from the city market and local food venders provided you are willing to try the street vendors. i would strongly advise you to stay in this hotel rather than smallville. the prices are lower, the service is better and the room quality is very good. it is less than 100 pesos to take a taxi to smallville. as part of the hotel is a small upstairs bar with fairly good live music and a 5 minute walk gets you to a shopping mall. the immediate area is not that attractive but in the two visits to circle inn i have never found the environment threatening even late at night. the small restaurant does serve food of above average quality but the service tends to be fast at the start and slow with the bill. after a year of operation the staff are very professional and very happy people....a sign that they enjoy working there.

Nice stay at the Sarabia Manor Hotel which is conveniently located in Iloilo for shopping and restaurants. Comfortrable roomsw with nice buffet breakfast available . Large pool at the hotel which is very popular with local families who seem to visit the hotel for events .This internatioinal style hotel has helpfull staff and limited internet access when the system is working which is not 100% of the time .

Great hotel with a Romantic Style”
the hotel is a great one with his design, the majestic arcade and it is really huge, big rooms with comfort but one thing i missed inside the room are hotwater pot and no frigde. the city of iloilo is a very hot and humid city which is really advisable if any cooling stuff for drinks inside the room. and to have a room service it will take a long time. but i love the hotel because of his various facilities like hairdresser, small store, souvenir store, event and conference rooms and the pool.

As the hotel is still under new management more training for staff in service especially in the restaurant. I am impressed with the housekeeper in the 5th floor young only 2months on her job but she knows Service and clean very well. This is now my favorite hotel to stay when I'm in Iloilo.
