Wide spacious room, food disappointing”
For a room that is quite far from the city centre, food at the hotel is not of good quality. The bed and sheets had stains and were not very clean. This is compensated by the courteousness and professionalism of the staff. The Family Suite is a real luxury in terms of space - with a road facing balcony! The bathtub was clean, but not spotless. The geyser works well. We were in constant touch with the hotel owner Anusha even before we booked the hotel. She is prompt and gives appropriate response providing you with confidence. The hotel referred us to a driver(P.B. Lohar), whom we used for the entire trip of 4 days. He is an excellent driver and pleasing in spirit. He assured us always that we were in safe hands. But you need to insist on shopping sites to him. Otherwise he took us to all the beauty that Sikkim offers you and within our itinerary. The sound of the waterfall near the hotel sings a sweet lullaby throughout.

Nice stay”
We booked a family room and we got a nice spacious room. The best part was the sunlight coming from both big windows as we were there during Feb. Food price is little higher, but the taste was good as we liked less spice and local flavour. The only con was its distance from city center. Although placed near to many tourist attraction sites.

Good Hotel to stay for 3 days”
Please don’t book deluxe rooms as they are in basement. For us it was not with great view but than we upgraded and got amazing view rooms

1. It is basically not Gangtok but 5 km outside city towards the forests. 2. No taxi available if there is an emergency and you are left stranded.. Don't take a risk if you have a family. 3. As it is in the village, there are no restaurants nearby and the hotel owner takes full advantage by keeping the food extremely over priced. One meal costs 400₹. 4. Geyser capacity is very low so most of the time you get cold water. 5. Rooms become extremely cold and there is no heater.. They ask for money if u want it. 6. It is not a resort but a simple building. Don't get fooled by the name. 7. Owner is always greedy for money all the time.. She is constantly looking for ways to extract money. The breakfast was free but when we asked them to pack them as we needed to leave early, they kept on disagreeing repeatedly. After speaking for 5 times they packed it. 8. Repeated power cuts and the hotel owner is reluctant to use Alternative source of electricity.

The hotel is good - only issue is bit far (~ 5 km) from M. G. Marg. Getting a transport is an issue specially after evening.

I stayed here with my family on my way back to Bagdogra while returning from Lachung. At the first look, the hotel appears to be decent from the outside but as soon as you enter your rooms, it turns into a nightmare. Dirty, ragged linen will welcome you along. You will be sharing your room with insects. Cleanliness is not known to this hotel. They will take more than an hour for your food and will give the reason that they make everything fresh, hence the delay. TV ,Geyser, Tea maker etc in the rooms are just showpieces. The reception staff will defend each flaw of the hotel very confidently, comparing her hotel to a 5 star. To cut the story short, don't fall for the edited photos of the hotel... It's a trap...better to spend some additional money and look for a genuine hotel nearby... There are ample available

市内から遠いが・・・”
市内からかなり遠いですがホテルは新しく部屋も広いです。 ギザ（湯沸かし器）は付いていますが、ぬるいお湯しか出ません。 アメニティはなくバスタオルのみです。 コーヒーセットはありますが、なぜか湯沸かしポットはありませんでした。 部屋の掃除はしてくれますが、バスルームはされておらず、 使用済のタオルもそのまま放置されていました。（言えば交換してくれます。） 恐らくスタッフが素人なんだと思います。 １人だけ気が利く若い男性スタッフがいて、彼に言うと他のスタッフがやってくれます。 レストランの食事は良いです。まわりにお店がないので何度か利用しました。
