    Beautiful Value”

    Great hotel for a value of a cost. Extremely close to the airport and they even email you before your arrival to see if you need transportation from the airport to the hotel. Service is great, and the decor and interior of the hotel is very new, clean, and stylish with a cafe and restaurant underneath. The stay includes a breakfast buffet, pool, rooftop bar, and gym. Overall would stay again and recommend.

    The best hotel in Legazpi”

    Our whole stay was great, loved their interior, sheets, towels, shampoo and bar soap! Staff and food are superb as well. Only thing I would recommend is to hasten check in process a bit, took us 20mins or so. And to put deposit info ie 3K in advance.

    Love this hotel. More on the pricier side but worth every penny. It’s super clean, near the malls and service is excellent. The pool and gym are nice additions. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Legazpi.

    Need's Improvement ”

    The hotel lobby is nice and the staff are friendly however I have some few comments: 1. I don't know why they gave us twin sharing bed when I requested a king size bed because I'm staying with my wife. 2. They only give us 1 key therefore every time I needed to smoke, I need to ask someone to tap me so I can use the elevator 3. There is a sound (like metal clinging) at around 11:30pm and its coming from the aircon 4. The bathroom has a urine stench coming out of the drain (both the toilet and shower area) 5. When I was taking a bath before checking-out, the shower area got flooded, water came out of the bathroom 6. When everything was settled already (meaning I already paid for everything) I told the front office my concerns. No one from them apologised they just said that they will inform the maintenance. I was not expecting a discount or any monetary compensation (that's why I told them my concern after paying) but an apology would have been nice

    my husband and i stayed in this hotel for 1 night (apr8-9)out of curiosity as this is one of the new hotel in town. we went there, room is clean.. a lot of towels.. with basic toiletries.. basic stuff... everything was okay during the stay.. but upon check out.. they asked me to pay for a missing "save the earth thing" which we never really saw even upon checking in!! it was a bit of a hassle because we had to wait for them to re-check the room again. WHAT IS IT FOR? WHAT WILL I DO WITH IT?? We never saw the thing!! i ended up paying for it because we were in a hurry. they insisted that the room was checked before we came. if it was checked, then someone checked blindly! I Suggest you have to have a checklist of the things inside the room. and another thing when you go to the pool you will have to go down, pass by the cafe. the pool can easily be seen because the parking space is just a few steps away. sigh.
