We absolutely loved Memory at the On On Hotel. It was the first hotel to open in Phuket back in the 20’s and 30’s and they kept that old fashioned feel to it. It felt like we were in an old time movie. Super charming place! Room was very nice, hotel was clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. They don’t have a breakfast per se, but have sort of an all day snack bar upstairs with delicious local treats and teas. It was right in the middle of old town Phuket so you could easily walk to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Taxis were also easy to get, just walk outside and find the little yellow open air vans. Or if you wanted a regular taxi walk down to a street corner and there was always someone there with a sign advertising taxi service. We would love to come back if ever in the area!

Staying in the charm and the history”
Best Experience staying in Phuket Old town in the first hotel in Phuket. It is newly renovated so we had all the comforts while still experiencing the charm and the history of the Sino-Portuguese building, and the old town feeling. We know what to expect staying in a wooden house (such as insulation and sounds from the wood floor ) and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Will difintely come back!

Unique, Well Known”
If you're staying at this hotel then you are after the ambience and probably know what you're in for as it is very famous. Staff are exceptional, and the location doesn't get better. My only warning is to light sleepers like myself. The building is old so the walls are thin and other people make a lot of noise just by walking around (creaking, thuds) or closing room and bathroom doors. Even with earplugs the sounds are easily audible so if you are easily woken up maybe consider just one or two nights here for fun. Otherwise it's a very pleasant experience, especially in the junior sweets and bigger rooms.

Our exp there was good. Staff is super nice and helpful. Room is clean and perfect. There are various types of room and theme with vintage style. Location wise: walkable to old town Motorbike rental with hotel costs only 250 thb per 24 hours

Historic hotel with unique features ”
The Memory at On On Hotel was one of my fav hotels. It was located at the center of the phuket old town, therefore the location was super good. It was decorated as a Nyonya style, I loved it so much. And the hotel was the most telling witness of the phuket’s stories, which was built in the early stage. The hotel had been shown in one’s famous Thai drama. We took thousands of nice pics here. It will always be my first choices when visiting the old town!

Beautiful Hotel”
This hotel is beautiful! The architecture reminds me of New Orleans. The rooms are well equipped, the bed is soft and the sheets felt brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no pool here but there are common areas to get work done if you are a digital nomad. The location is perfect and close to many shops, ATMs, restaurants and bars. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely hotel that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Best location in Old Phuket area. Friendly and efficient service. I am particularly grateful to the staff, as I left a shirt in the room closet when we checked out and e-mailed the hotel to ask them to send it to my home in Chonburi. The guest manager Khun Nittaya responded quickly and sent my shirt as requested. Will definitely stay there again!

Noisy Hotel”
My second night at the hotel friends from 3 separate rooms decided to have a party. Loud voices, slamming doors until 4:00 am. I spoke with security twice at 1:30 & 3:00 and he spoke with the group but that didn't stop them from continuing. The hotel is very nice but you can hear others in rooms who are close to your room.

Great Hospitality”
We had a lovely 1 night stay here. The staff is courteous, the breakfast was delicious and we got a free upgrade also as it was our Anniversary. The Rassada Pier is only 5 -7 mins drive and there are many bars at walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed being able to do walking tours around the area. Visiting the sunday market which is half a block away without needing a taxi and searching for grafitti artworks in the nearby streets added to the awesomeness of this lovely boutique hotel.
