Love love this place
location, handy phone with internet & cleanliness
I love that they have this handy phone with internet that you can bring with you everywhere, rooms are clean and comfy. Location is near queens road if you have business in queens road this hotel is walking distance.

One night stay before medical appointment. Staff was quick to find answers, provide suggestions and make arrangements. Room was clean, well supplied, comfortable and quirky in design. We wouldn't hesitate to book The Mercer in future travel.

location, free Samsung phone for use
stayed for second time. Still same issues for me which are the inconsistent air con temperature and the wind draft causing the bedroom pendant lamp to make noise. My sleep affected by the warm air and noise.

Wonderful experience. Close to everywhere I needed to get to. Great access to MTR. Very modern and clean room and facilities. Breakfast choices modest but adequate. Would stay again, especially because of the location in the heart of Sheung Wan.
