Great place, nice and new”
I booked the hotel/service apartment for my anniversary. The usual check in time in here was 3pm, I called the front desk in advance to request early check in so I can decorate the place ahead and surprise my partner. The front desk is super helpful, and they have my room prepared when I get there. (Huge thanks!) Every room have its own WiFi, stable as well. Place is clean, although the hotel located next to trash station and wet market, but it’s neat and clean and no smell at all. Great neighborhood, they got premium coffee downstairs, thousand of restaurants around. Will definitely comeback again!

Wonderful experience”
I will rate it high in terms of the room size and the facility. The room is clean and the facilities are all brand new. It perfectly fit while I am only staying for a night in town, wireless mobile charger, wine opener, kitchen towel etc....The check in is quick. During check out, they even worry about the rain outside for me. The only point I would like to make, you do find 2 small rubbish bin inside the room, which not too handy when I was trying to eat in, the plate and glasses cleanliness can also be improve. Rate middle for location as it surrounded by flats, slightly embarrassing as the curtain should not able to fully block the eye sight from neighbourhood toward the living room. It was about 7 minutes walk from Tin Hau station.

Very clean and nice room. Very impressed with the staff who are very professional, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with getting to the airport by checking the latest traffic conditions in view of the strikes. Only feedback is we can hear the housekeeping in the next room in the morning.

Overall is good, but the pillows are too soft, and only 2 in room for 2 people that not enough. Besides, the air conditioner vent in bedroom was directly to the head when we were on the bed, so very uncomfortable while sleeping.
