“Place very good”
I read alot of review before book this place, i read theres alot of reviews said negative about the smell at the entrance. Stayed for 5 days here and i never had these kind of experiences! Maybe because the weather is cold so there’s no issue about that. During the days i stayed the average temperature in Hongkong was around 18° - 20° Celcius. And the first day i reach the apartment i reach to the lift and went to first floor ( reception). The receptionist was good nothing wrong/ rude at all . I passed my passport and they look at the envelope to find my name. And i got two room keys and a letter about their rules. Like the check out time , and the quite hours ETC. So i got assigned to 23th floor. I forgot my room number. But the first day i reach , overalls is clean but only the toilet got the smells likes there some plumbing were stuck and become stink. But i dont know why, after i use the toilet several times. The stinky smells just gone. I was thinking want to ask them to change room if next day still stinky but no. The rest of the days i live in the room theres no stinky smell at all. Everything just normal ! The aircond just normal nothing bad happens. I read some of reviews said they faced the aircond issues but i didnt have same issue. The bed is good , not hards like some of reviews mentioned. Just a normal hard-soft bed. And the pillow is extremely soft. You might need to ask receptionist more pillows which i did and didnt have to pay any extra money. Bed is queen size as i remember so it is suitable for two normal sized person. And the room and living room got TV. Which is two TVs. They didnt provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but at the reception floor (1st floor) they got a big machine which you can pay and buy the toothpaste toothbrush and even condom , which very convenient. As i know you can buy with OCTOPUS CARD and also QR code. I didnt use that machine so i cant give more details about it. The whole apartment is quite big if you went to for work maybe you bring your laptop etc. You will definitely live it ! It is way more better than ordinary hotel room because most of hotel room in Hongkong especially in causeway bay are pretty small and i did alot of research and finally pick this apartment. Their service definitely just similar like hotels but bigger space. They got small kitchen which is kettle and also cookware and even microwave. So you can heat up food or even make a little cook as you like. In the room they got small wardrobe and also the iron & iron board. The wardrobe door also got a big mirror which you can always check out your outfit before you go. The two people sofa is good. Nothing blame on it. Bathroom got a long mirror , the lighting also very good. Their showers gel and shampoo was my favorite , cause they uses the same brand as Hilton / sheraton hotel bathroom gel ! This is plug point for me ! Cause i used to stay in sheraton and their bathroom gel definitely my favourite and i was suprise by this place even provide the same body wash gel & shampoo. Talk about other facilities they provided. At the First floor which is the reception floor you can use their Gym room and Laundry Room. But i didnt use any them during my stay but i did make a small tour at the gym. Gym was mild they got the treadmill and some cardio , a full set of dumbbells but im here for travel so i didnt use those gym facilities. It definitely cant compare with usual gym but i can tell those equipment are enough to use for basic training ! I didnt use the laundry area. So i dont know it is free for use or need to pay per use. But at least they provided ,so it is up to you want to use it or no. The housekeeping will clean your room everyday around 11:00am -3:00pm they will change your towels , made your bed , and put new tea bag on your desk.
