Mercy in Kochi - A Great Place to Stay”
I have been staying at Mercy Hotel regularly for the last 4 years and the service has been consistently excellent. From the manager(Mr. Dibu) to the bellboy, guests can always prompt and efficient attendance to their needs. The hotel itself is very well maintained and the fact that it is not a huge one perhaps enables the staff to give guest immediate personal attention. Slightly hidden from the main road, it is quiet and peaceful and yet close enough to the commercial centre of Kochi. There is no doubt that Mercy will be my preferred choice in my future visits to Kochi!

Value for Money”
Strongly feel that all hotel's especially business hotels should provide free wi-fi access at all times. Internet access has become a basic need as having a TV in the room, which you don't want to have to pay for. Excellent service at all levels. Fantastic staff. Should upgrade the toilets. Looks dated and the mirrors are damaged. The toilet had lots of dead ants and insects when we arrived. The Chinese Dragon restaurant located next to the Hotel is the worst chinese food I've had in all my life. Please don't go there. If Mercy Luxury hotel owns it - the chef has no idea how to cook.

This is my third stay at The Mercy over the last several years and all were for 2 week periods which allows you to see the consistency of the hotel and expose any flaws that might occur. I was treated with respect and extend the highest commendation for the front desk manager and the dining room staff.....All, promptly addressed any need that I needed help with I always felt special. The rooms were orderly and kept spotless and all facilities were up to date and in good working order.

Great Hotel for A Traveller on the Go”
Checked into Mercy Luxury Business Hotel for my first trip to Cochin. The reception staff was helpful in settling me in and I had no problems with the room. Wifi was great and room service food was fantastic. The only small con was there wasn't an ironing board available so I had to iron my clothes on the coffee table.

City hotel with a roof top pool...or not...”
Chose this hotel for its pool - however it was closed for some time as renovation work being undertaken - had a trip to Ernakulam market by tuk tuk which was great- close to rail and bus stations, busy city area hotel overlooking Cochin shipyard - nice rooftop bar and restaurant which was busy in evening, room was nice and spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast good - great local vegetarian restaurant close by, all in all a great overnight stay in the city.

Location is ideal as it is situated in middle of city. Food is amazing especially the local Fish varieties. Breakfast spread is good enough for the price of room plus breakfast. Terrace Restaurant overlooking the Shipyard is fantastic. One should take the Super deluxe rooms.But Please do something to prevent mosquito at the roof garden restaurant.

The Mercy is a reasonably-outfitted hotel located adjacent to the Cochin Dockyard at the southern end of the MG Road shopping strip. The hotel is slightly worn-down in places but still adequately comfortable. It is set slightly away from the main shopping area on MG road, and traffic can be heavy so this is not an ideal location for shopping. However the hotel backs onto the Dockyards so it seems slightly quieter than the hotels in the main commercial area. Service is pleasant and obliging, and the food in the restaurant is good.

The hotel is located in the MG Road and can be easily missed from the main road. Located just near the shipyard, it provides a good view of the same. The rooms are very clean and spacious and well maintained. The food is good and the Roof top Restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and this is our second time staying here. We returned back to the same hotel as we really enjoyed the hotel's quiet ambience and cozy rooms. Will definitely go again.

Good value (if you can get a deal)”
Nice hotel, if you can find a deal. Room was excellent, very big and very clean. The hotel is quite far out, but buses / taxis can take you where you need to go. Too far to walk into the main part with two young children. Hotel was clean, though could be cleaner in places. Pool nice for a dip, though gets a little dirty by the end of the day (due to being on the roof). Staff were pleasant. WiFi was awful (worse than a beach shack in the middle of nowhere). I had assumed it would have been good due to it being a Business Hotel. But who needs WiFi for a day or two... Overall I would recommend (only if you get it discounted).

The hotel is based at the end of the docks but with easy access to the Cochin ferry. The food is good and good value. The pool is good but lacks sunbeds for those with time to spare. Wifi is pricy but the business centre allows free email checking. Good quality hotel.

good size room, very clean hotelm staff very efficient and friendly, breakfast quite good.we had little problem with plumbing in bathroom but it was fixed within short time. overall it was a plesant experience to stay at this hotel.

Good location, poor amenities”
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, we found bed lice, toiletries were of poor quality, and the towels smelled. Breakfast was very basic. It is located in the business district, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was good and there was hot water supply. We got the room at an attractive rate. Based on our stay of twelve hours, I believe this hotel might give value for money but can't be considered a luxury hotel.

Plesent Hotel”
Was attending a wedding with family in Cochin, Had driven down almost 2000 Kms from Gujarat. Reached the place tired. Was not expecting such a good hotel, but seem that standards in Cochin have improved. Very friendly staff and had absolutely no problems. One thing that could be improved, is that they do not provide service at the roof top swimming pool.

My room was well porportioned and it was nice to have english movie channels along with other cable selections.. The pool and resturant front the Cochin shipyard and it was an interesting sidebar to see several ships being constructed and the beehive of activity that accompanies this...

Wonderful, clean and awesome relaxing stay”
Overall, It's too pricy for a 4 Star hotel as rated. It can be a 3-Star rated but not a 4 Star. Overall, its a wonderful stay, very secured, very near to public amenities and attractions on MG Road, easy access to the airport and the stay was very pleasant. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, security is tight and the ambient is very quiet. Probably my next preferred hotel for my next visit.
