great hotel at the best location”
The Michelangelo is a great value for money. located at the center of manhatten, 5 min from all brodway's shows, 6-7 min walk from the time square, 10 min walk to the central park. the rooms are big . some of the front desk stuff wasn't so helpful and nice but most of the stuff was very nice. The hotel is highly recommend.

Excellent location”
Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Watch out for the residential fee that the hotel charges you per night.

Central to everything. ”
Bernie the barman was brilliant - friendly and very helpful with advice about where to stay in Vermont. The only downside was that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although complimentary tea and coffee was offered in the foyer lounge. Porters were helpful too, storing our bags for a few days at no charge . All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Always a Great Stay”
Very comfortable room, and a wonderful staff. Two cons: First, in was give a room facing a brick wall BUT my phone reception was horrible in that room (724). Second, the fitness room was not well equipped for a high end hotel. That said, I love staying at this hotel and will again and again.

Beware of extra recidence fee”
An otherwise ok Hotel experience is unfortunatly diminished by a foolish resident fee - unannounced by both Agoda and Hotel - containing some "benefits" of 38 $pr room pr night. We found out at the END of our stay and could not make use of any of these. You still were charged. Not so much the money but the arrogance of it. Really annoying and stupid.

Awesome value find in Times Square”
Great value stay in NY Times Square. It's hard to find a hotel with big room space, selling at a reasonable rate. This is an easy choice for me the next time I visit NYC. I actually stayed 2 nights (1 for business, 1 for leisure). I should have stayed 4 nights instead. The breakfast lounge, while small, is quite cozy and beautiful. The gym is rather small, but it is sufficient as it looks like underutilised. Apart from it, the room itself is spaciously comfortable. The only downside is that they don't give free bottled water, which is kind of petty. Staff service is OK. Don't think twice. Stay here!
