Not as good as it's Shawn on pictures. The receptionist tried to push me add extra money to upgrade room, which was not necessary for me at all. Then she gave me a room on lower floor without any view but close to all the air cons cabinets,very noisy!!)

Pleasant stay in Las Vegas”
Huge and clean room with super confy bed, friendly staff. You can not use the minibar as a fridge because it charge you automatically if you move/ remove something. Long line for check-in, 15-30 minutes waiting. The heating did not work in our room and it was pretty cold because of the aircon.

charges $30 for gym use on top of 35 resort fee and 10 for parking on top of 200 room fee...buffet food was out of can and horrible..service poor

Disappointing for my first trip to Las Vegas”
My sister, my fiance and our friend all booked separate rooms to stay at the Mirage. We checked in late and they offered to upgrade us for a extra $100 to a suite for us to be together. We agreed and that was a terrible decision. We were given the privilege of hearing the ELEVATOR the entire time. There was hair in the shower The next morning, housekeeping tried coming in twice, when we were scheduled to leave at noon, had a do not disturb sign, the privacy light on and they only didn't enter because the door latch was engaged. The food at the 24 pantry restaurant was mediocre at best and the recommended dessert dish...two bites and sent back, which was very disappointing. The staff at the Mirage and the restaurant were friendly and professional.
