Nice hotel in a great location.
Clean, good service, convenient location to trains and airport.
We stayed at the Montcalm at two separate times on this trip. We enjoyed both stays. The location is super convenient, staff are nice and really helpful. The only tiny issue was that the key cards here are so sensitive compared to any hotel. We had to go down to the desk on a number of occasions to get them to reset the cards. A trivial annoyance in an otherwise completely enjoyable stay.

Pleasant, but brief.
Location, well maintained, kind and attentive staff
The Montcalm has a lot going for it and I would stay here again. The only downside is that the rooms are so small. We were upgraded and still the room was quite tiny. I know this is common in London. Everything else about the hotel was great and I would consider staying here again. I particularly like the location, which is not too far from Paddington Station and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro. We did not get a chance to try the hotel food, but loved the restaurant on the Montagu Street, behind the hotel. It is called Grazing Goat. A bit pricey, but really good food.

Air con was a prob but apart from that, amazing!!!
The bed, they gave my bf cake as it was his birthday, the toilet and the cleanliness.
Great nights sleep, cool, fantastic, wonderful hotel
