Comfortable clean beds and room. Nice bathroom. Staff very helpful. Thank you Made!! Fabulous pool. Nice and cool - a rare find in bali
Location fabulous. Enjoyed my stay very much. Great value for money. Pool itself lovely overlooking Candidasa beach. Area around the pool needs a facelift and pool maybe difficult for older people to get in and out as no stairs/railing. They are planning renovations early 2016.

the staff were lovely and helpful.
The hotel has seen better days. Hotel half empty but rooms were allocated near to each other & at the noisy road end. Guests sitting outside their room extremely noisey. Bathroom over run with ants. Bed & pillows comfortable. Pool side seen better days. No steps into pool so quite dangerous. Lovely view out to sea. Lovely friendly staff.

Close to shopping, food choices, and the pool at the hotel.
There is no beach access at the hotel. You need to walk along a very dangerous seaside ledge about 100 yards to access a beach area (or walk along the roadside).

Nice little hotel”
Location, Pool, Room
The room was nice; big, clean and cozy. The bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, there was no hot water even during the scheduled time (yes they do have schedule for the hot water). The infinity pool was great and the view was superb. The location is adjacent to Candidasa good dining places. Try Warung Puspa rite across the street. The food was yumm2 and the ppl are friendly and very helpful. All in all Natia is a good choice. Sadly, I heard that the new owner is going to tear it down to build a modern style hotel. Please don't loose the traditional feel ....

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean with a mosquito net which is always elegant! The infinity pool was great as well over looking the ocean!
Good stay, quiet from the busy street that runs through the town. AC worked great and the free breakfast was very good for the price of the room. The only thing bad was the wifi, advertised in all rooms on agoda, but was only in the front area. Not even at the pool. Tv was only Indonesian language except 1 station at 10pm which had an English movie. All in all a good comfortable stay with a great bed!

Location, Swimming Pool
Stayed there for Friend's wedding nearby. Hotel really needs more fix up and maintenance. Great effort from housekeeping though. Our friend has a phobia for mirror and she switched to other orientation of the bed to avoid the mirror. The next day the staff moved the mattress to suit her orientation. Really Appreciated that.

Location & infinity pool
We were a bit disappointed on arrival as the room was not cleaned very well - we had to ask for fresh bedding as there were facial hairs (beard trimmings) on our pillows. The hotel has potential to be of a high standard however the rooms are very tired looking & need renovating. This would not have mattered to us as much if the facilities were clean. The drainage was poor & the bathroom was discoloured due to water stains. The towels were very old & had holes in. There was ample choice for breakfast. We had 4 powercuts during our 2 day stay. The infinity pool was amazing with a beautiful view however there were very limited sunloungers & the ones available were shaded. Great central location with plently of restaurants nearby. The beach can be reached by moped - 50 ruppiah.

We enjoyed it, the main street of Candidasa has good restuarants, laundry, mini-markets etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food from the menu was good. Nice pool with veiw of the sea. White sand beach is further than we expected, and we should have allowed more time. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room !!

Air con failed to work, transferred to another room, skirting boards eaten through by termites , paint flaking off walls and toilet cistern constantly running. Comfortable beds, friendly Staff. A brief stay at the Nadia”
friendly staff, location, cheap
The Natia is a good, basic hotel if you are looking for somewhere cheap. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, but there was limited vegetarian choice for evening meals. However, there were some excellent local restaurants within walking distance. A criticism would be that there was a shortage of loungers by the pool and those that were there needed replacing. In addition the decor was very tired looking !

Easy to find, on the ocean, nice breakfast
The stay was average. The staff could improve on friendliness; we required an extra mattress that was quite pricey (150.000 Rp) compared to the rate of the room. The room and bedding could be cleaner. Breakfast was nice, the place is quiet and the one asset of that hotel is the stunning location of the pool overlooking the ocean.

Great place to stay if you are looking for some down time. Needs a bit of a makeover, painting etc but great beds, airconitioning, pool and staff. Lots of local warnings to get very cheap meals, not too far from many culturally significant temples etc. we had a great stay, organise your pick up from the hotel, it will cost about 4000,000 IDR but the driver was at the airport waiting for us, it's about 1 1/2 hours from the airport

Fine for a short stay, reasonable value”
Central location,
The Natia provided clean comfortable room. Outdoor bathroom had several plumbing issues. Bungalow accomodation rooms dark , no telephone and only local TV. Public areas of hotel very disappointing. Restaurant dark and no fans or cooling, this was an issue because it was the only place to access WiFi. Meals passable. Pool romantic but very hard to access in fact dangerous for young children. Pool chairs dilapidated and pool area frequented by hawkers who were constantly hassling guests and chatting with hotel staff. Hotel located on main road close to shops but crossing the road take your life into your hands. Trucks thundering through the village at all hours of day and night. Candi Dasa itself ok for a couple of days or as a base for excursions. Next time I would look for accomodation to the north of the main strip to avoid the constant traffic noise. Resorts to the south are very isolated.

Hotel Manager Mr Madi, Infinity Pool on Ocean, Easy Location
The Hotel Manager Mr Madi is a GEM. He arranged cleaning and repairs on my motorbike, helped with local tours and laundry, and gave advice on local medical help. The infinity pool is directly on the crashing waves, as is the breakfast terrace. Try the Bali style breakfast it is delicious! There is tradition continental/English style as well. I planned on a few days and ended up staying a week, Candilasa is my favorite beach, accessible and low key.

The Natia is warm, good value, but town is small”
Swimming pool, room and staff
There is no beach to walk on - the whole area of Chandidasa is surrounded by ocean and you walk on pebbles from a high barrier of the hotels if it is low tide. Many go to the nearest islands by boat for checking out underwater snorkeling. The rooms are great value, comfortable, nice spacious bathroom, water pressure less. Swimming pool is the winning feature- small but infinity sized, and other main feature is to walk around the stretch of road which makes up the whole town for food and dinner.

It's easy to find fault with some aspects of this hotel: yes, the bathrooms do need upgrading; yes, most of the rooms don't have windows or adequate lighting; yes, the room design is unusual; and yes, there are no international TV channels. But, the view from the pool and terrace is magnificent, the beds are big and comfortable and the free breakfast is good. The local restaurants are close by, plentiful and provide great food at low cost. If you want to relax by the pool, this is the place to do it.

The Natia is a lovely hotel located right on the beachfront, with a horizon pool. The staff were warm & welcoming. The Deluxe rooms are the best to book as they open onto the pool & sea. Superior rooms don't have views. However watch out for the 21% of sales & service charges which are added onto your bills for any restaurant usage..a rip off particularly a other restaurants in the area only add on 15% & elsewhere in Bali, it's only 10%.
