Couldn't pass up this place with its new opening current offer including breakfast! I suppose you get what you pay for - I hope they don't increase their price after. Location is good it's located right outside all the larger resort complexes and Bali collection. Free shuttle bus to bali collection but only at limited times- otherwise only 15000irp in a taxi although some drivers want you to pay a minimum 30. Rooms were basic but the entire building just seemed humid and smelly - air con didn't take long to fix that though- you can tell it's a new business but an older building. Rooftop pool is open with an infinity pool didn't use it but it was a nice space !! Breakfast needed work - only limited Asian options for breaky and with the bus loads of Asian tourists that drop off here breakfast was a loud messy disaster! We didn't end up eating any other day! Good wifi good tv good water pressure - great hotel if you just need a place to crash and will be spending most of the days out and about!!

Lovely hotel”
The hotel is new and extremely clean. We managed to get upgraded to a suite and it was stunning. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. (A special mention to Gusti who was an absolute delightful gentleman). The location was a little far away from things, but as we enjoy walking was not an issue.

Visited when it was new. Very clean and well appointed. its location at the start of Tanjong Benoa makes it easy to access the peninsula, the other parts of Nusa Dua and Kuta city via the over-sea expressway

The location is only ok if you really have to go to Nusa Dua (and why would you) also you will need your own transport. This hotel appeals to the Chinese tourist as they arrive in Busses and tour in busses and just sleep in the hotel and make a lot of noise and smoke. The hotel is new and is fine but lacks areas to relax and only the rooms are air-conditioning not the hallways or elevators. The pool area was closed all day every day while we were there.

Pleasant Stay”
In the middle of construction cause it is still new. Once finished the roof top bar and swimming pool the price going to be rake up as well I guess. It feels like a 5-star hotel. Nice room nice atmosphere. I loved it!

Brand New and Comfortable Hotel”
The hotel is actually less grand than what is seen in the pictures. But it's a new hotel, the pool wasn't even ready yet. The atmosphere is comfortable and homey and it has a very nice room design. Would like to stay here again.

Worst hotel ever! Terrible management ”
Upon check-in, the hotel said my booking (3rooms) has been cancelled. I insisted them recheck as the hotel seemed to maintain their booking records on paperwork rather than computer systems. Even though I showed them on my phone that the rooms have been confirmed and paid they took more than 30 mins to finally get my valid booking. Not a single sorry or anything was given. The housekeepers were everywhere and everytime when we went in/out of our room. Not so friendly like the rest of the staff. The spa lady spoke little English, basically she had to run out to the reception to get someone to translate word by word. And there was no shower and privacy in the spa. The pool was still under construction where breakfast was served next to it. My cousins were given room 2003 and it was right above the generators of air-con. They had to change another room at 3am due to the noises. After all this was our worst stay ever
