Good location”
Hotel is new and just open last year by Jason. He speak well English and give us lot of advise. The location is good, opposite Zab Zab ( one of trip advisor recommended restaurant), close to daily night market, near nightlife street which have bistro and bar, foot massage. Some location family do barbecue at Jason's garden.

They help you to find whatever you want. There is a Landry just in front of the guesthouse. The wifi is better downstairs. I recommend

Great hotel/hostel in Kanchanaburi”
Stayed here for three days. Location is great. Near all the restaurants and pubs as well as the WW2 museum and cemetery. I stayed in a room which was clean and had a comfortable bed. The owner is a great guy, on site and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms on a lovely garden close to Farang Street! ”
The staff were amazing! I got dates muddled for booking and they phoned and sorted out the payments etc with no problem. Also we left clothing in our rooms and when we phoned they had set it aside and we were later able to pick up. The setting is very tranquil and it was lovely to sit outside our rooms in the garden.

Good parking space, clean rooms and great location”
We just needed a place to stay for the night. Good parking space, clean rooms and great location. Bed is hard and aircon blows right on your head but just minor issues.

Beautiful Room in a great location”
We stayed at The Nine Guesthouse for two nights and really enjoyed it. We were pleased with how clean and cozy our place was, with it's only terrace overlooking their grassy area. There's lots of birds chirping which was very nice-- it felt like being in nature when Kanchanaburi itself doesn't have too much nature in the town to offer. The only thing with the room is that the A/C was so cold at night that it woke us up and with only having a oversized towel blanket to cover us, we were freezing. Even though we put the setting up to 28 degrees Celsius it was still blowing ice cold air. It would be better if they provide duvet covers instead of very thin towels. The Guesthouse has it's own restaurant but you are right around the corner from Maenamkwai road which is filled with restaurants and bars. It seems to have quite the social nightlife forming slowly. Reminded me a tiny bit of Pai with the reggae cafes and life music bars. The location is excellent. Right by the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre and the Cemetery. It's across the street from Kanchanaburi's railway station which is perfect if you plan to take the 6:07am train to Death Valley and visit the Hellspass Museum (you can get a private driver to take you the 33 minutes to Hellspass at Nam Tok, the last train station). River Kwai and Death Railway, we had to take a tuk tuk driver but it wasn't too far away. Overall a great place to stay and would stay again.

Great Find”
Perfectly placed for exploring the local area. The accommodation was well presented and made for a very comfortable stay. The staff are helpful but not in a pushy overpowering way. When asking for assistance nothing was too much trouble, The free tea, coffee and toast was a nice touch. Hire their new bikes and explore the area. Will recommend to friends and we will be sure to return the next time we are in the area.
