Very rocked down, mold and not like the pictures.”
We had a double room on the top floor. Unfortunately, the rooms are very rocked down and unkempt. The walls are moldy and the paint is falling off the walls. There are holes everywhere in the walls which are not closed and no dust has been removed for at least a year. For example, the fan or the lamps have a cm thick layer of dust. The bathroom is also unkempt and smells unpleasant. Showering is difficult due to the lack of water pressure and you only have the choice between cold and boiling hot, because the boiler can not be adjusted properly. The only good thing is the quite central location in a tiny alley. The staff was always friendly and helpful, but I don't understand why they let a potentially good hostel/hotel deteriorate like this. Some wall paint, a rag and a little effort would do wonders. For us one of the worse rooms in Vietnam.

run down & poorly maintained”
i was really looking forward to staying at this accommodation upon booking it a few months back! the photos, rating and reviews looked really promising. but upon arrival, it was already quite a disappointment. first off, it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned. there was dust and grime on the top of the refrigerator and microwave, and the floor felt like it hadn’t been properly swept and mopped. there was a massive spider web visible on the ceiling, and water leakage also. i understand that it’s probably only been a few months since they reopened post-covid, but it was disappointing nonetheless. there were two promising aspects of this accommodation though — location & staff. the place is surrounded by many tour agencies and highly rated food places. if you’re planning to explore more of vietnam, just walk in to a tour agency and easily book a sleeper bus or other forms of transport. also, you can easily walk to the food places nearby (there’s really a lot!). if you’re feeling tired or lazy, just grab a tuktuk and no matter where you go, it’ll be relatively cheap because this place is really nicely located. for this, we strongly recommend getting a tuktuk via Grab/Tada instead of flagging one from the street. tuktuks have a tendency of charging you excessively if you just flag them down whereas an app will secure the price objectively. the staff was also really helpful! we needed to find a battery for a film camera, and they created a list of stores that we could visit to find one. unfortunately we only asked for their help late at night before we were to take a bus to phnom penh, so they were already closed. but we were so grateful for their help. in summary — decent place to just sleep in and provide shelter. don’t expect too much.

Die schlimmste Unterkunft auf meinen mittlerweile 8 Monaten reisen durch Asien. Schon beim betreten des Zimmers kam einen der Gestank von Schimmel entgegen, einfach schrecklich. Ausserdem hatte die Zimmertür Milchglas und im Flur war die ganze Nacht das Licht an, somit war es auch im Zimmer hell und man konnte nicht wirklich schlafen.

Good location but not clean as standard”
Mình thuê tổng cộng 4 đêm, trong đó 2 đêm là ở phòng 4 người. Đây là trải nghiệm ko hề tốt với nhóm mình. Phòng rất cũ, trần nhà rơi vữa lả tả. Theo e nhân viên nói thì phòng đang sửa??? Fong đang sửa nhưng vẫn cho khách thuê ? Fong 4 người m ở 2 đêm là dưới mức trung bình. Từ rẻ thành đắt. Sau đó mình tiếp tục ở 2 đêm fong 2 người, thì mình dc chuyển fong mới. Fong 2 người ok, sạch sẽ và tiện lợi khác hẳn fong trước. Location của ks thì ổn, nv cũng thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, nếu đi nhóm 4 ng nên xem xét về chất lượng sử dụng. Not recommend for group .

Ở cũng được, nhưng mà không sạch sẽ từ lúc mới lên nhận phòng, không có chỗ giữ xe nên phải giữ ở khách sạn bên ngoài, lấy ra lấy vào 1 ngày cũng 50k, nói chung trải nghiệm không vui ở homestay này

Phòng ổn nha. Máy lạnh với tủ lạnh phải mở tầm 30' mới bắt đầu thấy lạnh. Nước tắm yếu quá. Dụng cụ trong phòng cũng không còn mới. Anh chủ có nói do đang giai đoạn ổn định lại nên chắc vài hôm nữa sẽ ổn hơn. Vẫn đáng đi nha

Homestay có vị trí tiện lợi”
90s hostel nằm trong ngõ nên khá yên tĩnh nhưng vì nằm ở trung tâm nên đi loanh quanh mấy chỗ nhà thờ, dinh độc lập hay phố đi bộ đều gần. Csvc thì vẫn khá sơ sài nhưng ncl vẫn đủ dùng. Nhân viên nice 👍

Mọi thứ từ dịch vụ đến nhân viên đều nhiệt tình. Chị quản lý rất niềm nở giúp đỡ khách. Phòng tiện nghi, đầy đủ nhưng máy lạnh hơi yếu. Phải bật thêm quạt trần mới đủ mát. Chắc chăn sẽ quay lại hehe
