Hotel is very accessible it is located at the crnter of the city. Place is very near on fast food like Chowking, butger king, jollibee and coffee shops, laundry area as well for about 5mins walk. Taxis is everywhere. Robinson mall is also near from the hotel 10-15mins and other store that you needed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this to my friends. Kudos! Staff was friendly and very personal. The bartender and/waiter and the kitchen staff are very hands on during our dinner. The breakfast girl though needs to improve her customer service but she is getting there. Rooms are clean. Food is reasonably priced. Hallway has mosquito but it was an isolated case.

This is the first time we stayed in NS Royal Hotel and we were surprised that the room was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The hotel may be small but the service that they provide is not short changed. The staff are super friendly, the hotel food is really good, and the serving size is good for sharing already - not to mention that the price is affordable.

Would have loved our stay more if their kitchen was open til late or if the in-house cafe was open. I asked for utensils and a microwave around 9pm but there weren't any available. No room service too.

Very cozy and clean room but wifi is slooow. Plated Breakfast (serving is too little even for us pinoys) is not satisfying even if the staff is super nice.
